I understand this is a typically greasy food but I’m not kidding when I say I couldn’t lean against the wall in the line because everything was so sticky and greasy. We slid around on the floor because of the grease on the floor. I felt like I couldn’t touch anything without getting grease on me. This is the first review I’ve ever written I think and it’s because I was so grossed out. I love Hu Hot and was really disappointed and couldn’t wait to leave.

When you go through the line and the grill is 2/3 full of take out orders at peak time on a Friday night that ruins the dining experience. Your dine in customers should come first. That’s a golden rule in the restaurant business and you are failing at that. Won’t be back to have to endure that again.

We stopped by on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was shockingly unsanitary. Flies on the tables, food on the carpet everywhere, urine on the restroom floors, and a terrible odor that emanated into the dining area from the restroom! Getting someone to serve our table took nearly 10 minutes from the time we were seated; even though there appeared to be 4 wait staff circulating, but not a lot of customers. Most of the time, there were no wait staff on the floor at all. The drink cups are small. With the lack of service, don't expect a refill of water or anything else. So beware of making your dish too spicy unless you want to torture yourself. The food was awesome, the grillmasters did a great job. It's unfortunate the restaurant can't do better.

The food is always FRESH,with a large assortment of choices to put together. Several meats, seafood, tofu, and vegetables! And the sauces and oils...if the combination you choose isn't to your liking it is your fault because you choose each item that goes into the dish. But you are free to go back and try again! It is fun to watch the chefs cook on the big round grill. Wonderful experience!

Vegetarian options: Every vegetable imaginable and tofu too. Even zucchini noodled!

Kid-friendliness: noodles! Wete several small children near us enjoying the food.

My family and I love this place except for the slightly high price. However, if you can come extremely hungry it is well worth the wait to eat because it's all you can eat. Build yourself the exact meal you want and then they cook for you. For this mom, it is always a fabulous time when I get to have someone else cook and still eat exactly what I want. The s'mores you make at your table are fabulous!

Vegetarian options: You pick your own vegetarian selections and they cook it to your liking.

Parking: Tons of parking with handicap spots as well.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of choices for kids

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking, lots of space inside to maneuver around.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant and the great atmosphere... The cooks know how to cook everything including not totally crispy frying the noodles where eze the westside put your noodles on the grill and let them fry so long that their hard. Makes no sense thank you Eastside Hu hot
