HuHot Mongolian Grill

We were sat at a table andwaiting until my wife got out of the bathroom! No one had come to the table yet which is fine but we got our food but everything was out even the sauces! Went back to our table and it was given to someone else! We asked the server and she said we needed to wait at our table until our server came to the table! The server was rude and instead of fixing the situation and getting us another table she sat there and yelled at us and told us we should of waited! We never wait for the server usually and we normally go up right away! We talked to the manager and he sat us in a different area and got us our drinks and stuff but never came back to check on us and never offered a credit for the crappy service! We were also there for over an hour!!

Food was great as always, line moved fast and cooks were very kind. However, our server was Lerena Z and she was terrible. Brought drinks and rice and then didn’t come back until we had already finished eating about 25 minutes later where we both sat with empty cups and an empty rice bowl between two people. Didn’t come to check on our food like they usually do, didn’t refill a drink or rice which with two people one small bowl of rice is never enough. Very poor attitude and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her by asking for a drink refill at the end of the meal.

Tonight was no different than any other time we've been there, great food and awesome staff! We did find our go-to waitress though (Emilee), and will request her section every time.

They won't even finish cooking the food when they're empty that was god damn unsafe and gross.

Came here at 5pm and had to ask if they could restock multiple items and wait for someone to bring more out. Love this resturant at other locations, worst was here

I was here August 25 around 5 pm. A had a female waiter. Who was very rude, interrupting conversation s and she took my plate when I was not done. And was very stand off ish. She has bleach blonde hair. I really hope staff get a talking to about service. Cause I dont reccomend after this.

Love this place! Stop everytime I go to Sioux Falls! I love that I can choose what I am eating, really like the HuHot app also, for rewards.

Always so fresh! All the veggies you could ever want. The secret!??? For really great flavor, return to the sauce bar AFTER your selections are grilled, and laddle on more! DONT FORGET TO TIP THE GRILL WARRIORS!!!

The food was really good and they had a variety of veggies that I really love. The only thing I wasn't happy with was one side of the sauce bar where you mix your different flavors the plaques were very hard to read. My work bestie that I took on the first trip loved it and has returned several times.

Great Hu Hot. The west side Hu hot is a dump. This location is awesome.
