This place was very delicious! It was a little intimidating and confusing at first as I've never been to a restaurant like this before, but once explained it was very easy. You pick your ingredients (meat, noodles, veggies) and make your sauce, then bring it to the center for the chef to grill. If you have any allergies like shellfish they use different utensils and keep your food separate from everyone elses

We stopped by on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was shockingly unsanitary. Flies on the tables, food on the carpet everywhere, urine on the restroom floors, and a terrible odor that emanated into the dining area from the restroom! Getting someone to serve our table took nearly 10 minutes from the time we were seated; even though there appeared to be 4 wait staff circulating, but not a lot of customers. The food is always FRESH,with a large assortment of choices to put together. Several meats, seafood, tofu, and vegetables! And the sauces and oils...if the combination you choose isn't to your liking it is your fault because you choose each item that goes into the dish. But you are free to go back and try again! It is fun to watch the chefs cook on the big round grill. Wonderful experience!
