Went at lunch time, when a lot of people were there. The space is poorly laid out and the line is annoying to navigate, probably exacerbated by the crowd. Food is good once you get past the line issues
We went at a very busy time. Definitely understand having to wait longer for things. We were seated right away. Line to get food extremely long. It wrapped back around to front of were starts to get food. It was extremely awkward trying to squeeze through while getting food and then again finding the end of the line to the grill. I came to this location after going to the east side location for so long. And now I come here at least once to twice a week. The staff are amazing. The servers Jordan and Kelsey are phenomenal at their job. Couldn't be happier with the service. And the main grill cook is absolutely astounding at his job. Makes it fun to watch and wait for your food. Which in my opinion 10 times out of 10 has been fire so good. All three deserve to be paid the maximum amount they can. Its...
