I usually cruise into The HyV pretty late and by this time, the ladies in the bakery have about had it. There is this one gal though, that always smiles at me and takes the time to answer my questions and slice me a loaf of their artisan bread. Thank you to all the workers in the hyvee bakery on s minnesota, there are easily my favorite part about shopping there :)

Went today to pick up a few items had approximately 12 items to check. Lines were long at check outs so I reluctantly used self check out. Did realize that the person help bag was also in charge of self check out. During my check out process it said we needed to wait for assistance 4 times. 2 of the times it must have resolved its self and the other two times we had to wait for someone to come over and enter their code. She did this after she got done bagging someone groceries. This is one of the exact reasons I hate using self check.

Fuel-saver is a complete joke!! I had .21 cents on my fuel-saver…and it never took it off. Wouldn’t give me anything back. Have to call customer service!? Really? Never have had any issues with it at any other store and the manager there is a piece of work too! Awful experience…never going back to that gas station again!

The last 7 (yes I said 7) times I have used online shopping and picked up my items, there has been an issue. Sometimes they aren’t done shopping yet and I would wait 15 or so minutes, or sometimes they will give me half of the groceries and then I have to call them and they will deliver the other half. It has not gone smoothly. Please get this figured out.

Had a terrible experience last Friday the checker missed one of my coupons the receipt wasn't readable so I had to go to customer service Kylie came over to help me started there to get the receipt printed and then walked away had to wait another 10 minutes for someone else to come and help me then I had to wait in line again to have someone reimburse me I'm going back to 57th and cliff for Hy-Vee store

Worst Experience Ever!!!! I order hyvee online to help elevate the stress of shopping in store in store for our Christmas meal. Once I arrived, majority off the items weren’t available but were available when I ordered. Turns out 1). They don’t shop for your items until 1hr before you are set to arrive 2). Items may say available but it’s showing all stores not the store that you specifically shopped at. I’ll never shop that way again if even at Hyvee..... Thanks for ruining Christmas!
