We waited 45 minutes for zippo. Even told waitress we were in a hurry. She said it would be 10 min after we placed our order. Yep not. Thus we left Marion rd and 26th and went to Burger King which took 3.3 minutes. Also at Hy-Vee no one in the restaurant had food accept one guy.

Absolute 0. Waited forty five f****** minutes sitting in my truck for my grocery pickup parking. I called when I arrived and 3 times I was asked if I was helped. Constantly seeing people come after me and leave way before me. Jesus f****** Christ. I would've just gone inside if I would've known I would be sitting in my truck for 45 minutes.

I have my groceries delivered, all the young people that deliver to me are super nice. Who ever does my shopping for me does an excellent job. I had forgotten to order a item, I called to see if it was to late to have it included in my order, apparently they all ready had my order ready to deliver, but put in the item in free of charge. Thank you so much !!!!

It was an okay experience. The food was good, but the service was lousy. The whole area was filthy with food on the floor and the table is not cleaned off and the high chairs were just filthy.

It was terrible service and terrible food. They switched up how they serve you and we're not helpful. I will not go back to another HyVee Market Grille (coming from someone who went at least 20 times).
Liquor store hours say 11:00. Went in at 10:30 to buy beer, was gated off from the main store. Fine. So I drove around and the beer coolers were dark and had screens hanging in front of them. Guy said “We can still sell it.â€

This store is a joke. Had signs for their cereal sale in front of cereals that apparently weren't part of the sale. And when the cashier calls the manager over he was incredibly rude. Will not be shopping here again.
