I absolutely LOVE this place! I love the atmosphere and the heavier music, but I love the staff the most. They are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The establishment is always very clean, which is something one can appreciate! They have comedy shows and sometimes live music! Great location! If you're looking for a unique brewery/bar experience, I recommend visiting Hydra!!

Really hoping for a lot from this place. Unfortunately it was awful. First, the place stunk like some cleaner agent... an extremely pungent smell that did not dissipate. Next we get up to the bar and all the taps are empty. There are literally 4 beers available and only 1 is a hydra brew.

Ordered a pizza, which wasn't bad, if the smell of cleaning agents wasn't so prevalent. Service was great, which was good since there was no one else there. It was a ghost town... We planned on hanging out and trying a bunch of those craft beers noted on their website. But with smell and lack of any beer variety we ended up leaving quickly and heading to another. Too bad, if management cared enough to keep this place up, it could be really cool. But instead hydra was a disappointment we won't visit again.

We loved this place. Best selection of beers we liked. We are kind of weak kind-of people when it comes to beer, we like very light beer , but they offer great variety snd we loved loved it.
The bartender service was great. Figured out you likes and chose a beer that turned out perfectly suiting the tastes and gives great for local eateries.

Three friends of mine and myself went to Hydra on Sat night the 11th of August. We were all treated extremely rude and discriminated against by an awful bartender wearing all black with a bandanna on. In all my years of dining out and enjoying nightlife globally I have never been treated so horribly. He refused to serve us food, gave us attitude about ordering drinks and quarters for the game. That's your job dude, if you are miserable I suggest you find a new profession. Find a bartender who actually knows what customer service means and basic human respect. He was straight up MEAN what kind of service is that!? MGMT needs to look Into getting rid of him. There are a lot of wonderful bartenders out there who actually care about their clients. Why ruin your business with an evil person who clearly hates humanity? We will be returning to try it again, I hope we will have a better experience next time. Human compassion is imprtant let's see if he can get it right next time.

They have a HUGE selection of beer (obviously, being a brewery)!!! I was trying to scan through all of the different drinks real fast because it would have taken me like five minutes to read through all of them if my sister hadn't already known that I'd probably like their cider the best, so I got some of the cider and it was amazing! My sister had a couple of different beers and she really liked them also, though I don't recall what it was she had. I loved the atmosphere, it makes the place very unique! It's not just some plain old boring lookin place, it's decorated with actually really cool stuff you most likely won't find anywhere else. My sister, niece (my niece found the place to be very thrilling) and I thought it was awesome! You won't know until you check it out for yourself. The bartenders were very welcoming, friendly and helpful the whole time we were there! The best brewery I've been to so far! Will be returning!

The Brewery was a very enjoyable place to sample their brews. Mandy was a wonderful hostess for all the patrons. Also, try their pizzas. They are scrumptious. The beers offered are plentiful. I especially enjoyed the "sours." You will enjoy this local brewery.
