We could not have had a better experience. The staff, the food and the organization created a five star experience. Special kudos to Taylor who quarterbacked the entire program and really knows her business. I highly suggest this venue for weddings or anything else.

Wonderful experience!!! Our son's wedding. Could not have asked for a more perfect change over from ceremony to dining for 210 people. Amazing job, by all. One bartender, male, was super cranky and didn't treat our guests as well as other bartenders. He kept saying he wished it was a cash bar. Highly recommend the ICON.

Great Samantha's Fish show, but the heat and lack of AC/ air movement was oppressive

We had our wedding reception there this weekend. Every bit of it went perfect and they were incredibly easy to work with through the whole process. Would highly recommend to anyone. Many guests commented how beautiful the building was.

We just held a bridal shower here on Sunday and I have only the best things to say about the venue, the planning process and the actual event!

Taylor was so easy to work with- always replied to emails timely and was super helpful in helping with the planning process and giving me tips and ideas.

Ana was our bartender for the morning brunch, and she was fabulous as well. They were both easy to work with and helped to make the event a great experience!

I had several compliments on the menu- especially the potatoes :) Everything tasted great and the presentation was very nice as well.

I would highly recommend this venue as the people were great to work with, and the actual space is so fun- lots of things you can do with this place!!!

I think they were short staffed in the kitchen. It took 40-45 minutes to get our food and there weren't that many tables busy.

The Dinner in Mexico was amazing! Great ambiance and outstanding food.

The icon is a great place to host a wedding reception and even your ceremony, especially if you like the downtown Sioux Falls area. Right on main Street. It is convenient and historic. No decorating required! It's already really cool in there. Just show up and enjoy the facility with your friends and family. The sound carries well in the room. And there's a big stone wall by the Dance floor which we always light up. It's quite a sight. I highly recommend this venue. They are connected to the icon lounge next door which is a bar and show club. Your guests can go right over there after your event is done and continue their party until bar time. Improv is great there! Also country dancing. Now we will be getting married there! Great people and we both love the decor.

Food was mediocre at best. Order was messed up a couple of times. Bill was wrong didn't get it fixed, just left it as it was. Server was kind, just too busy for one to handle. Dessert menu never did come.

Really liked the decoration had a good vibe, ordered a pizza and was told the last pizza had been put in which was disappointing. The burrito I ordered was one of the best I've had and the poke bowl my partner had was also very nice. Would recommend.
