I placed a to-go order and came at the estimated pickup time, but the food wasn’t ready for another hour. Several customers were waiting on to-go orders, so this didn’t seem like an isolated issue. Unfortunately, the long wait made the experience frustrating, especially since the food was just average.

GO TRY THIS PLACE! Oh my gosh everything was amazing. I had Samosa Chat, Chicken Biriana and Garlic Naan. The samosa chat has raw jalapeños which is not on the menu, so If you dislike heat just know that. Seriously amazing. Enjoy!

Very good Indian food, very authentic and flavorful. Only two things I wish they had are Batura Naan bread and Madras curry.
When the food makes you come back! Customer service was good. Wish it was easier to order online.

Went in for lunch, didn’t know if we were to seat our selfs the only guy in there working looked at us and said nothing. Took a seat, they dropped of menus and water with no words. Waited 10 minutes to put in our drink order then left after seeing another couple struggling to pay their bill as no one was going to the tables. Food smelled and looked great but we were on a time frame as we both had to get back to work. Would have been fine if anyone said anything to us about anything but they did not.

We visited Indian Oven after hearing great things, and overall it was a very good experience. The lamb curry was especially delicious—rich, flavorful, and definitely a highlight of the meal. What fell a little short for me was the garlic naan. If I’m craving really good garlic naan, I’d still make the trip across town to Shai Palace. Indian Oven’s version didn’t have much garlic flavor, and I found myself wishing for a bit more of that classic punch. One thing that stood out, though, is their menu. They offer several dishes I haven’t seen at other Indian restaurants in town, which makes me want to go back and try something new next time. The environment feels a little more like fast food—simple, straightforward—but it’s not actually fast food. You can sit down and dine or order to go. I’d definitely go back if I’m in the area, especially to explore more of their unique offerings.

This is our new favorite place to go for lunch. We’ve been here three times now and each time the food has been phenomenal. Love the ability to choose the spice level (1-10) and everything has been flavorful and delicious. Best Indian restaurant in town.

Excellent Indian restaurant. I had the saag paneer. My wife has the aloo go I. Both were seasoned perfectly. We asked for medium spice level and they had a good amount of heat.

We ordered catering and it was excellent in every aspect. The quality of the food, the quantity provided and overall value. The restaurant staff were also so friendly and professional. Everyone at the party commented on how delicious the food was. We are so happy with our experience. Will definitely be visiting more often.

Love this place. A gem in Sioux Falls. Stumbled upon this place randomly and couldn't be happier. Personally, feels very close to authentic. So many options! This is my second time and I'm glad this restaurant exists coz I need it for next 3-4 years 😁
