Apologies for the poor photo. I dug in as soon as I got it. I had the shrimp enchiladas with cream sauce and OMG. This might be one of the best meals I've ever had in my 45 years. Go, right now, and try it!

Well we’re still on the lookout for tasty spice food. The margaritas wasn’t blended as well as I would like it. Would I come again? Probably not just wasn’t what we were looking for. Would I recommend? Probably… wasn’t spicy & it was clean.

Food was so good. Anna was our server and she was great. We will definitely stop back if we’re in the area again

Unremarkable experience. We were hoping for some authentic Central American flavors. One authentic dish on the menu, and the rest was gringo-grade Mexican Food.

Ordered Togo bit the food was flavorless and completely grease covered. The lady at the front who took the order was super awesome though. Did get her name.

Jacky’s used to be one of my favorite. What happened?! Our last visit, the service was awful and the food was questionable at best. And what happened to the margaritas?! They’re terrible now! It’s been a couple years since I’ve made it there and I made the mistake of bringing family there. Everyone was greatly disappointed. I will never go back to Jacky’s.

I am Guatemalan and I was excited to see that there was a Guatemalan restaurant. Tremendous disappointment... There is no Guatemalan food, such as a pepian, a Kakik, or even tostadas or a beef broth (which is easier to prepare).
On the other hand, there is a meal that is more reminiscent of Mexican food, but not even close to being good Mexican food. The chips are very hard and the sauce is like from a can.
It's the same for you to go eat at Taco Bell, but cheaper.
If you have the opportunity to eat at Jacky's, miss it.

Fast service quality food. Well sized portions for an affordable price. If you’ve never ate here, please do your self a favor and try it!

Margaritas were too sweet and sugary, and hardly any tequila at all. Advertised home made margaritas.
Service was slow, and the restaurant was not busy. Chips were generic, salsa was unremarkable.
Our meals took forever, and parts of my order were forgotten.
Quesadilla was hard, meat was burned.
Beans had some sort of weird southwest seasoning that made them super salty.
Rice was ok. Haha.
Napkins would have been nice.

Love the food- the service leaves a LOT to be desired. The wait to get your check is consistently as long as it took to order and eat our meal.
We keep trying hoping for better service, but alas it’s not worth it.
Food was amazing and a lot of it! Our server was attentive and very nice. Wish I would have gotten a picture of my food. Maybe next time!
