They make okay food, however, as a former employee, the upper management treats their staff like butt. They seem to be on their own ivory tower. Only go there to support the lower level employees.

We've ate at this place a several different times. My wife has a gluten allergy and so we do not eat out much. Jersey Mike's staff is awesome to even the point a lady named Casey called us up to make sure what she put on my wife's sandwich was safe for her to eat. I was more than impressed and it's nice to have a place where we can't eat and not have to worry as much.

i’m not sure what kind of customer service they train there employees but i’ve never felt so rushed and unwanted for my service whoever the young lady was with the boy cut hair needs a new job bc apparently she doesn’t like hers and wants no customers first time at jersey mikes and definitely my last. super disappointed

Adervertised hours say they open at 10am, showed up to a paper sign on the door that says not open till 11:30am. If you live closer to another sandwich shop, I would not waste your time on Jersey Mike's.

Very polite and inviting atmosphere! We ordered 4 sandwiches and they came out quickly, labeled and well packaged. The sandwiches were so delicious and are great for a quick lunch/dinner.

The guy with the septum piercing was really rude. I come here pretty frequently and I unfortunately left without my food because I simply couldn’t ask for a different type of bread without getting a dirty look. Really disappointed

I am not typically one who raises an issue with restaurants as I have been in the service industry, but after receiving this bowl as a pickup order, I’m a bit disappointed. I ordered ahead of time, and I didn’t think I would have to check my food before making it home. When I opened the lid to see what I had ordered, it looked like it was slopped in the container from the most bitter lunch lady anyone has ever seen. If not that, like someone had eaten out of it? Regardless of the questions that I had about the food, it did smell very tasty, but after the food’s appearance I decided to throw it away and heat up some leftovers. My intentions are to bring awareness to this situation so it can be corrected. Myself and many of my peers do genuinely enjoy Jersey Mike’s, but this experience does make me question if I should continue to be eating the food that is being served.

Ordered our food, waited 10 minutes or more for our 'hot sandwiches' then pointed out they got the bread wrong. Multi color haired Cashier argued that was what we ordered. I know damn well I did not. Just sucked it up and accepted it and ate it. Food = solid 8 at least. Service = 1 at best. Dunno if we will be back. *shrugs*

Went here for the first time and loved the food! I've never really been interested in subs as most of my experience has been with a way overrated chain of tasteless garbage sandwiches. But am new to SF and tired of greasy fast food, so decided to start trying the sub shops in town. This one is by far the best yet. The service and atmosphere are average, but I can't stop thinking about how good the food was.
