I ordered the Turkey and Provolone via DoorDash on 9/16/2025. I added pickles, banana peppers, hot honey, pepper relish, red wine vinegar, pepper, and olive oil. Upon arrival, the sub was SOAKED in both vinegar and oil. The bread was so soggy, the texture felt like it had been put into a blender. The vinegar and oil is to provide flavor, not sog the sub. I took three bites and threw the rest away. This is the second time this had happened, so I'll discontinue my purchases from Jersey Mikes.

First time ever trying Jersey Mike's. The staff was not friendly, music to loud to hear questions, and made the wrong sandwichs*. Threw them in a bag and the handed them to us. Never asked what sandwich we had or the toppings we wanted. Not impressed at all!!

I recommend not getting oil on your sub, if you do get it your sub will come DRENCHED in it

I do not typically write negative reviews however, I am really saddened by the experience I had here on 6/29. We had an order of 8 sandwiches for pick-up. I ordered all the sandwiches online and typed in each recipients name as multiple people ordered the same thing. And it was a pretty hefty bill. I guess expecting decent sandwiches was too much. Not only were a number of the sandwiches missing items(not extra items) the sandwiches were not labeled. No name, no number, nothing. The two jumbo sizes were the only ones labeled which didn’t even matter since one was hot and one was cold. We had to open each sandwich up to figure out which number it was. I emailed customer service right away and we are now going on 8 days of zero response. Apparently Jersey Mikes does not really care much about their customers. We won’t be going back anytime soon.

I just bought a large Sub today. While making it i noticed the Lettuce was old and Turing brown. Also the girl making the sandwich ahead of mine finished and cleaned off the entire cutting board of scraps and threw in in the Lettuce container. I asked the girl making my sandwich if they had any fresh lettuce her response was to burry the brown lettuce so you couldn't see it anymore lol that's pretty pathetic

Jersey Mike's used to be good. Maybe it's just this store but I'm over the Speed making Sandwich half the meet is off the Sandwich, they are skipping on the onions, Lettuce (called him out) the Quality just isn't what I am used to from Jersey Mike's

Tables were sticky and I haven’t been to a place in the 21st century that doesn’t have a baby changing station except here which was super disappointing! Maybe add one?
