We have ordered here a lot of times over the years, and for the past year the majority of orders we received have been missing items. So much so that I have no interest in ordering from here again as we have to wait over an hour for our food delivered in multiple trips.

Me & wife ordered sandwiches around 1pm today, my wife's was perfect, mine was missing cheese and had 1 tomato. I called and let the manager know and he was awesome, had another sandwich sent out and even threw in a cookie. We've lived in this area of town for almost 5 years and probably order from here at least a average of twice a month and they are great, service and food is always excellent. Thank you.

Just left and got home to discover 3 of my 5 sandwiches for my kids are wrong. Live on the east side so way to long of a drive back to complain and get the correct sandwiches. The receipt is correct and has the correct sandwiches but that’s not what we were given. ☹️?

Went through drive thru. First time having jimmy johns. Had to order 3 meals for 3 people. After everything I said the worker would ask "is that it" I said No. This occurred 7 times. Just let the customer say that is all. My son's sandwhich was wrong. Probably won't go back.
Kiddos bad a late craving after running around so we stopped. Bunch of fellas cleaning stations up, as we happened to be stopping in at what I considered a late hour. I still think there was another hour to go until close but you could tell they had already cleaned up the place and were getting things put away. Nobody grumbled. Nobody made us feel bad for coming in. They made our subs with a great attitude and worked away as we sat eating. The wraps were pretty darn big. Chips are always amazing here. Thanks for quenching the craving!

I came in after the game and about 25-30 other people also came in. There was only one worker at the store and he managed to help everyone out in a timely manner. I was impressed and asked for his name was Owen and he was great! There should be more workers at this time, especially during game day.
