Tried the new Chicken Bacon Ranch. Very good. As always, 'freaky fast' service. Always plenty of staff to keep the line moving and staff are friendly and professional. Used to not like Jimmy John's a long time ago. Over time they continue to grow on me. Good value.

2 meals was almost $30, the unwich ordered was made stacked like a sandwich (lettuce, meat and stuff, lettuce) instead of a wrap, and waited 15m or more with no one in front of us

Waited long for two sandwiches. Lettuce wrap wasn’t a wrap it was just two pieces of lettuce with meat in between. We did get a pickle for the wait. Tables were dirty also. And it was 30 dollars for two sandwiches.
