Their delivery service is top notch and they're always on time. Our orders have never been wrong in the last 10 years. Tip your delivery drivers as the delivery fee does not go to them!!!

If i could give this place negative stars I would. I ordered two tuna subs. They got my order wrong manager refused to refund the delivery fee was rude although I had receipts and pictures. Does he realize I ordered the sub because I wanted it. I shouldn't have to pay delivery for the wrong meal. He refused to refund the delivery fee. His attitude was trash and customer service was awful. Didn't care about what i ordered and should not work there. This whole encounter was sad.

I picked up my sandwich and when i got home it was messed up and i called and they told me they would deliver me a new sandwich with the right toppings , they delivered it fast and gave me the right sandwich with a free cookie ! very happy ?

I don't know how many times I've eaten at JJ's, but it's in the hundreds. I can't think of a time that they've messed up my order, or that the service hasn't been quick and friendly. Always consistently good food and fast. Keep it up!

I love the fact that the people who work here have a good work ethic and go beyond just standing behind the counter. In Seattle that's not the case. Love the sandwiches here and customer service is top notch.
