If i could give this place negative stars I would. I ordered two tuna subs. They got my order wrong manager refused to refund the delivery fee was rude although I had receipts and pictures. Does he realize I ordered the sub because I wanted it. I shouldn't have to pay delivery for the wrong meal. He refused to refund the delivery fee. His attitude was trash and customer service was awful. Didn't care about what i ordered and should not work there. This whole encounter was sad.

I picked up my sandwich and when i got home it was messed up and i called and they told me they would deliver me a new sandwich with the right toppings , they delivered it fast and gave me the right sandwich with a free cookie ! very happy ?

I don't know how many times I've eaten at JJ's, but it's in the hundreds. I can't think of a time that they've messed up my order, or that the service hasn't been quick and friendly. Always consistently good food and fast. Keep it up!
