Every time i ask for extra mayo whoever is working must be a mayo hater bc it seems like its less then normal mayo. Another dry sub. Guess i'll start askong for mayo packets too.

I have been here several times. It's a Jimmy John's. They do have pretty fast service considering how many sub sandwiches they are making during lunch time. They usually get my order correct (no tomatoes) and possibly with onions, pickles, mustard etc. Their wraps are really good. They have run out of sweet tea, and lemonade. The place is a bit narrow as far as the dining area. The whole layout could be better.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Location does not honor national chain advertising. Stopped in for a sandwich as I have seen several advertisement for free chips and a drink after 2pm. Ordered the sandwich and the combo to go with it, then they tried to charge me for the combo... After explaining to them the advertising shows it is free, they wanted to tell me it isn't at that location and they don't honor that national advertisement. Will not be back ever.

YOU OUTSOURCE YOUR DELIVERIES AT NIGHT??? Would it really affect the business that much if you paid a driver in the evenings?? I LITERALLY PAY A $5 FEE FOR FREAKY FAST DELIVERY and now I have to wait an hour and a half for Uber. Not cool, man.

The weirdest and slowest Jimmy John's we ever been to. The employees fought over who got to eat the bread they pulled out of our sandwiches. Then made mini sandwiches while making ours and run in back to eat it. Weird!!!!!

Me and my family eat there a lot, like every Friday. Most of the time the food us really good well expect the fountain drinks but there is some days where the food could be better. I remember this one day the I got the #1 (my usual) and the bread was really gross and tasted burnt. I got a rootbeer with it and it tasted like watered down rootbeer I was not happy.Another day is when we decided to get it delivered and we don't live that far way, like a good mile but the guy took super long to deliver our food, I mean I get it you have other deliveries but he took over an hour and it said our food was on its way to our house for 30 minutes. So we called and the manager picked up and we told him the situation and he handled it very well and soon our food was there and it was delicious worth the wait ( mostly cause i was supper hungry)

The only issue I have is that my Billy Club didn't seem to have any mustard. Otherwise always great!
Great customer service. I eat here a lot and went through the drive through and told them I wanted a #9 all the ingredients but no lettuce, and no onion and dill pickle chips for my combo meal. Of course, I was in a rush and didn’t check my order just to find out on the way to the bank that literally everything was put on my sandwich and I was given an actual dill pickle instead of dill pickle chips.Anyways long story short, I called them to let them know and they asked if I could swing back and they redid the order and made things right and I got the correct sandwich and my dill pickle chips. It would’ve been easy for them to apologize and say there’s nothing they could do at this point since I didn’t have the receipt and didn’t use rewards today. Thanks for making things right and going above and beyond!

Ordered a tuna sandwich from this location today and the amount of tuna on this sandwich was beyond pathetic! You raise prices, charge a ridiculously high delivery fee and this is what I get. Do better! My office orders from you a a lot, that may change.
