Just left the one on louise and will never be back. Waited over 10 minutes and never received my sandwich. They don't care, never even got a refund. Went across street to JERSEY MIKES and actually got my food. Don't waste your time at Jimmy johns!

Night shift crew constantly closes the store early. This is totally unprofessional. Itâs no reason they should shut down 9:47pm when 10pm is closing. The workers are lazy and more concerned about getting off early rather then customer service.

GO TO ANOTHER STORE!!! Haven't even received my food, and already regret ordering from this location. Ordered delivery, after 30 minutes of no updates, call store, told sandwiches have already been made, but haven't left yet! Sooooo, I'll be getting a soggy mess of a sandwich. Funny, we spend $50 for absolute crappy service & food!
