Just left the one on louise and will never be back. Waited over 10 minutes and never received my sandwich. They don't care, never even got a refund. Went across street to JERSEY MIKES and actually got my food. Don't waste your time at Jimmy johns!

Night shift crew constantly closes the store early. This is totally unprofessional. It’s no reason they should shut down 9:47pm when 10pm is closing. The workers are lazy and more concerned about getting off early rather then customer service.

GO TO ANOTHER STORE!!! Haven't even received my food, and already regret ordering from this location. Ordered delivery, after 30 minutes of no updates, call store, told sandwiches have already been made, but haven't left yet! Sooooo, I'll be getting a soggy mess of a sandwich. Funny, we spend $50 for absolute crappy service & food!
Watched the employees toss my sandwich around before putting it in the bag, just go to a different Jimmy John’s and you’ll be fine.

Food is made by 14 year olds and the GM is a greedy, petty, manipulator. Also the ice machine in the back never gets cleaned so don’t get ice in your drinks

Ordered two sandwiches and attempted to use my reward for the sandwiches as it was a buy one get one 50% off. When I got up to pay I was told the coupon was online only, I pulled up the coupon and was not online only. The staff member then told me that the coupon hasn't been working and there was noting that can be done. The staff was very rude and just continued saying, I'm just doing what my manager told me. Perfect, I will frequenting Subway or Jersey Mikes for better food and better customer service.

Took over an hour to get our food, had to call twice, the second time they told us the delivery driver couldn’t find our address, stood outside and had to give directions. They then forgot our drinks and gave us the wrong chips, and sandwiches were soggy. No offer of a discount or coupon or anything to make it right.
