Placed a order for 2 subs, after ordering it said it was gonna be done as soon as possible, I call them to see when it would be done due to errands and working a night shift so I was curious on time frame, he didn’t hear that I was wondering about the time frame of my sandwich so asked me to repeat myself, I repeated myself and that’s when he ask if it was for delivery, I said in store pickup, he said it should be done, I said I just placed it, he then said they should be working on it. Guy didn’t even bother to check and I was just wondering due to short tight schedule.

Just left the one on louise and will never be back. Waited over 10 minutes and never received my sandwich. They don't care, never even got a refund. Went across street to JERSEY MIKES and actually got my food. Don't waste your time at Jimmy johns!
Night shift crew constantly closes the store early. This is totally unprofessional. It’s no reason they should shut down 9:47pm when 10pm is closing. The workers are lazy and more concerned about getting off early rather then customer service.
