Accidently choose "sliced wheat" thinking it would be like the French bread just wheat. Sandwich got delivered and I pull out a monstrous sandwich (had extra protein and a bunch of freebies) on two little pieces of bread. Ate it like a normal sandwich, absolutely hilarious. You get what you order ?

Wanting to try that new Caprese sub, we swung by this location for lunch. Place was clean, employees seemed to be working hard, seemed like they had a good staff. We ordered the Caprese sub and an Italian sub. Both were delicious as expected. Not disappointed and definitely will be back sometime.

My girlfriend and I saw that we could get rewards through the Jimmy John's App, so we placed our first order through it. We triple checked everything because we all know how Apps can mess up an order. Needless to say, do NOT order through the app unless if you want to receive the wrong order and the manager telling you there is nothing they can do. They will tell you there is nothing wrong with the App and their people know how to make a sandwich. She admitted that their system had a glitch and there were 2 different addresses for us. They still refused to change our order or help us in anyway. All around horrible experience for my first time using their APP and do not recommend this location whatsoever...

Would not deliver 3.9 miles said it was too far and acted like idiots on the phone extremely bad service even after the other store confirmed they should deliver to my location. I have ordered from them numerous times and spent hundreds of dollars there on myself and multiple get togethers for my employees. And now 3.9 miles is too far to deliver. That is extremely bad customer service and have lost my business and I will never order anything from them again. I will not ever recommend them to anyone I know.

Ordered 2 sandwiches at the drive through one being the gargantuan, the "gargantuan" I received was just ham, salami, onions, and pickles so that's cool... overpaid $4+ for a sandwich. Always double check your order before you get all the way back home at this store. Last week in-store they had to double check that they had the right sandwich with my order too.
