We don't go to the Northwest Metro very often, but most times we knock out a job in Hartfort, Lyons, Crooks, Baltic, or Renner, I take my crew to stop by this location to stuff our faces.

One of the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Also, we found a hair in one of our sandwiches. Every single one of the workers had long hair and it was not pulled back or controlled. Probably why it was in my sandwich. Won’t go back. Oh and I like Jimmy John’s usually

Food is always good here (kind of hard to mess up sandwiches and pre bagged sides) but $5 for a delivery fee + wanting a tip is outrageous, pick one. I'm sure your drivers' tips have suffered ever since implementing it. Also, why does this JJ's charge more for sandwiches and sides than other JJ's?

Friendly staff but not very fast for being the only car in the drive thru. Probably one of the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve had. I always order an unwich being gluten intolerant, they must not wipe down boards in between because mine was full of bread crumbs. Tomatoes tasted spoiled and the whole thing tasted and smelled like onions. Not impressed.

My sandwich was made and in front of me even before I could get my money out.. Quick service!! Friendly staff + fresh ingredients... Got the turkey avocado one and so much in sub it was falling out, no compliant here!
Forgot my crispy jalapenos, it's the main reason I get Jimmy John's. Best topping and they forget it

Had Chicken Caesar Wrap drive thru was quick and was so fresh and good the staff was so nice I had my dog in car and she was barking at another dog and they were very nice about

Excellent service and everything was very fresh. I messed up my online order and staff without hesitation offered to fix it for me no extra charge. Was very grateful as our order was pretty large! Will definitely come to this store again!
