I came here on a whim on a Sunday afternoon and I had the most wonderful experience. First there were two older gentlemen who apparently usually go to a place called the Log Cabin, but decided to come here, who were absolutely the greatest. We sat at the bar and just had a great time. They tried to convince me they were good at pool, but never were able to win a game. The taller dark haired one kept missing the 8 ball and losing. The shorter bald one was a little better, but...
This place is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a night out with friends. The bartenders are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. The beer is always cold! With something to suit every taste.
My first time at J. J Billiars I felt welcome from Ken Hicks, the bartender, and Alisha P., the manager. They are both all about making this establishment a success. At the last minute one of my regulars decides she wants to have Karaoke for her daughters birthday at JJB's. Ken went beyond his call of duty to accomodate us and so did Alisha. We ended up doing a show on a Tuesday night and had more fun than you can imagine. Plus, they had the best night ever for a Tuesday....
