I wanted to share with you about a wonderful place called Biftu. It's a restaurant and grocery store in Sioux Falls that offers a wide variety of foods and cuisine. Incredible food and service! I’m not even sure what exactly we ordered, we just mentioned to the owner that we wanted chicken and goat dishes with rice and he delivered us two outstanding East African dishes.
My wife had to take our baby into the car to
breastfeed her and the owner was so gracious to bring the food out to us to enjoy in our truck.
Honestly, we want the recipe to these dishes because wow, major flavor bombs. The green sauce on the side was pleasantly spicy and had a jalapeño flavor to it.
Speaking from a person that has traveled the U.S. extensively, this is definitely some good eats in South Dakota.

Walked in to check the place out. There was a lite open sign. However, it was completely empty and I felt weird walking around an empty shop so I left after taking a few quick pictures.
