“We were trying to order online but couldn’t get the sandwich we wanted with the coupon deal, so we decided to go through the drive-thru instead. The lady who helped us was super sweet and went above and beyond! She even made the sandwiches herself to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
We were pleasantly surprised by how good the spicy chicken sandwich was and how much food we got for the price. While KFC isn’t usually our go-to for fast food, this experience definitely changed our minds.
We’ll be adding this location into our rotation for sure. The friendliness of the staff really made the difference. It’s always great to see such helpful, caring workers who take pride in what they do.“
“Charlie is such a great person, very helpful and personable. I don't mind going out of my way to this KFC. Came here the other day because they're open an hour later than the 10th St. location. Had a slight issue with my order, and Charlie handled it perfectly. Not giving away anything, but doing just enough to be fair and resolve the situation, with a great attitude and efficient yet friendly manner.
Also, the comeback sauce is stellar, especially with the tenders 👏“
