Charlie is such a great person, very helpful and personable. I don't mind going out of my way to this KFC. Came here the other day because they're open an hour later than the 10th St. location. Had a slight issue with my order, and Charlie handled it perfectly. Not giving away anything, but doing just enough to be fair and resolve the situation, with a great attitude and efficient yet friendly manner.
Also, the comeback sauce is stellar, especially with the tenders 👏

They sold me a bucket of dark meat with two breasts and missing three pieces. I used a coupon for a meal and they didn’t have the cookies or the wedges and didn’t adjust the price. When I drove back to get it fixed, the manager was rude and made me wait for chicken to cook even though I called before I went there. His condescending attitude was unacceptable. Worst KFC I have ever been to!!!

My boyfriend and I made a takeout order an hour in advance, so we could eat before going to a movie at a drive-in theater that's 30 mins away. We were starting to run a little late when we arrived, so we were hoping to just take the food and go. When we arrived, there was no one else there, except for the employees chatting away in the back. A woman, who appeared to be a supervisor or manager, just walked in and was yelling at them to get things done, including to help my boyfriend and I up front. It turned out that they were too busy chatting away to start our order, so we had to wait 10 mins for them to get it done. We were ready to ditch the food and go because of how long it was taking them to make it. That was ridiculous to go through. We ended up being late to our movie because these people are too lazy to do their job. I will never come back to this location.
