Don’t get me wrong. I love KFC food. But today it was definitely getting colder. Not stone cold, but cooling down. The employee that took my order didn’t know what he was doing. If he was new I would understand, but I asked him and he said he had been here for months. When I got my food the first this I see is a six inch human hair sticking out of the fries. I am definitely going to find a new KFC to go to.

Charlie is such a great person, very helpful and personable. I don't mind going out of my way to this KFC. Came here the other day because they're open an hour later than the 10th St. location. Had a slight issue with my order, and Charlie handled it perfectly. Not giving away anything, but doing just enough to be fair and resolve the situation, with a great attitude and efficient yet friendly manner.
Also, the comeback sauce is stellar, especially with the tenders 👏

Best KFC I have been to. This olace was very busy but they still got the food out in second and where smiling the whole time. And the food was hot & FRESH!

They sold me a bucket of dark meat with two breasts and missing three pieces. I used a coupon for a meal and they didn’t have the cookies or the wedges and didn’t adjust the price. When I drove back to get it fixed, the manager was rude and made me wait for chicken to cook even though I called before I went there. His condescending attitude was unacceptable. Worst KFC I have ever been to!!!
