Pulled up at 8:05 pm to order after trick or treating . Myself and several other cars waited for a long time only to find out they were closed. Why leave the lights on the menu board and restaurant if it’s closed? Very disappointing to several customers.

We were trying to order online but couldn’t get the sandwich we wanted with the coupon deal, so we decided to go through the drive-thru instead. The lady who helped us was super sweet and went above and beyond! She even made the sandwiches herself to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the spicy chicken sandwich was and how much food we got for the price. While KFC isn’t usually our go-to for fast food, this experience definitely changed our minds. We’ll be adding this location into our rotation for sure. The friendliness of the staff really made the difference. It’s always great to see such helpful, caring workers who take pride in what they do.

At first, the lady who took the order seemed upset and grumpy. She was not even listening anything properly. Her coworker was also asking her to smile and behave professionally which of course she didn't. The drumstick that we got was literally the smallest drumstick we have ever seen our lives! The chicken tasted bad. It also looked greasy and smelled greasy. The tables were dirty too as no one seemed to like clean them. Overall it was a very bad experience.

Place was terrible received burnt food employees were acting unprofessional had a employee climbing in and out the drive thru window had employees talking about customers asked for a refund was accused of eating the meal when the meal was saved as proof asked for refund refund was denies contacted corporate investigation is underway osha was informed of employees not wearing hair nets and not washing hands or wearing gloves handling food

The cashier took my order and my payment and it said approved then they said it only charged me 3 cents so I had no problem paying it was the way the 2nd cashier took my payment like it was my fault then he told me not to come back like this was my fault smh

Was in line and I had an employee go in front of me who was even working that day and gave me an employee discount. Wearing street clothes. I decided to go through the drive-thru and got the $7 don't get the dessert. The pour girl had so many bite marks on her neck. Dracula it must be good for the week.

We made a large order for pickup when we got there it was ready. When we we got home we hadn't gotten any chicken. Just tenders. Had to go all the way back and pick it up. No sorry nothing!

It's always quiet. Nice. Food is always good. Workers are polite. Never had any issues except sometimes the drive through can be long. So I always walk in to order. Average dinning area. Pepsi products. Bathrooms are clean. Plenty of parking. Good for family. Kid friendly. No buffet. Cash/credit available. Service was fast.
