The cashier took my order and my payment and it said approved then they said it only charged me 3 cents so I had no problem paying it was the way the 2nd cashier took my payment like it was my fault then he told me not to come back like this was my fault smh

Was in line and I had an employee go in front of me who was even working that day and gave me an employee discount. Wearing street clothes. I decided to go through the drive-thru and got the $7 don't get the dessert. The pour girl had so many bite marks on her neck. Dracula it must be good for the week.

We made a large order for pickup when we got there it was ready. When we we got home we hadn't gotten any chicken. Just tenders. Had to go all the way back and pick it up. No sorry nothing!

It's always quiet. Nice. Food is always good. Workers are polite. Never had any issues except sometimes the drive through can be long. So I always walk in to order. Average dinning area. Pepsi products. Bathrooms are clean. Plenty of parking. Good for family. Kid friendly. No buffet. Cash/credit available. Service was fast.

Ordered via door dash, KFC forgot a portion of our meal and said there was nothing they could do. I was unable to go get the rest of our meal and they said door dash will not deliver. There was no white meat in our 8 piece, the cherry bites were all stuck together as if they came out of the freezer that way. Not impressed at all.

They got my order so wrong I gave back the food and asked for a refund. They said they could not refund me at that time and I would have to call back and talk with the manager “Tony” the next day. I tried calling a couple times and no one would answer the phone. Tried contacting kfc corp and haven’t gotten a response from them almost a month later. So now I’m done with kfc. To many other fast food chicken options to put up with this kind of customer service.

Today, I dined in with my family and had an uncomfortable experience at the 10th St KFC. The food and service were fine and expected when it comes to fast food. However, the atmosphere is uncomfortable. The employees were teenagers and a couple adults who were loud and obnoxious. They yelled at each other and cussed loudly without any concern for their customers. The employees hung out in the lobby with who I’m assuming were friends that they invited in while they worked.

Easily the worst service I've ever had at a fast food place. Placed an order using their barely-functioning mobile app. Charge went through, order did not. Called the store and both managers were incompetent and did not help at all. "there is nothing I can do" then redirect me to someone who can? Maybe? Save yourself the trouble and go to Popeyes or something because the in-person workers are no better.
