Ordered via door dash, KFC forgot a portion of our meal and said there was nothing they could do. I was unable to go get the rest of our meal and they said door dash will not deliver. There was no white meat in our 8 piece, the cherry bites were all stuck together as if they came out of the freezer that way. Not impressed at all.

They got my order so wrong I gave back the food and asked for a refund. They said they could not refund me at that time and I would have to call back and talk with the manager “Tony” the next day. I tried calling a couple times and no one would answer the phone. Tried contacting kfc corp and haven’t gotten a response from them almost a month later. So now I’m done with kfc. To many other fast food chicken options to put up with this kind of customer service.

Today, I dined in with my family and had an uncomfortable experience at the 10th St KFC. The food and service were fine and expected when it comes to fast food. However, the atmosphere is uncomfortable. The employees were teenagers and a couple adults who were loud and obnoxious. They yelled at each other and cussed loudly without any concern for their customers. The employees hung out in the lobby with who I’m assuming were friends that they invited in while they worked.

Easily the worst service I've ever had at a fast food place. Placed an order using their barely-functioning mobile app. Charge went through, order did not. Called the store and both managers were incompetent and did not help at all. "there is nothing I can do" then redirect me to someone who can? Maybe? Save yourself the trouble and go to Popeyes or something because the in-person workers are no better.

Went to drive thru, took 15 mins to even be attended to, we had our presence known with the loud kids and the often (3 times) “hello?” Because well, come on a “moment” is not supposed to be 10 mins! The woman came over the speaker with ATTITUDE? “kay hurry up and order” so we try but she then tells us she’s out of chicken (AT A CHICKEN RESTAURANT) and it’s a 15-20 minute wait, (oh just like the order wait time too?!) so we try to decide what else we could get for a family in a hurry and she starts to rush us! “Come on almost out of everything now” so we order a small order to hold us over until we could get to the other KFC, THE ONE WITH CHICKEN? (12 nuggets & 1 lg cheese curd) and still we had to wait for our order to be cooked. Rude all the way around! Especially the big native lady at the window!? NO CHICKEN AT THIS KFC YALL?.

Apparently the franchisee and management do not care the last three times I went there they didn’t have any chicken would be 15 minutes to get some. When you only sell chicken. Maybe they should look at the reviews and try to improve

Twice now we've came through the drive through before closing time. Both times the person taking the order was rude and we were told "you better hurry up... we're almost out of food." There Is never tenders available when we show up. This place is a joke. Ended up driving away the past 2 times we've went. I don't think I'll be going back again.

I made an online order and had to wait "17 mins" for and 8 piece the 17 mins ended up being closer to 52 mins I their sticky floored dinning area as I watch most of the employees just standing around.
