This was absolutely the most disappointing experience with any KFC EVER!!! I was the last order on July 1st before they locked the doors up. I ordered a 7pc meal for $20 and paid with a $50. Got home and I had absolutely not a single piece of chicken!!! No biscuits which I was supposed to get 4 with the meal. I had 2 large sides of mashed potatoes and gravy for $21.49!!! At this point I hadn't eaten in 2 days so you can about imagine how pissed I was when I got home to no be able to eat food i just purchased. I called the store and of course no answer 2 days in a row. Didn't give me a receipt either! VERY DISAPPOINTING

Takes forever to get your food. This place is filthy. I don’t think it’s ever been properly cleaned. I just hope the kitchen is not like the rest. Bathroom is yuck. No ordering staff. Looks like they need help here. Too bad, cuz I’d guess you can make plenty of money on KFC in a place like SF. The franchise should be checking in here. It gives them a bad name. Food was delicious though!!

Went through the drive through and was helped by Corey. AMAZING PERSON!! Super kind and we had our dogs in the back seat and offered them a treat. He went above and beyond and made our day. Thanks for being awesome, we will always drive to make sure we go to this kfc in town

SO where do I start let's see they don't have any vegetarian options.I know it's k, f, c, but still. Secondly, they didn't give me my entire order. I spent over forty dollars to drive home and not have all my food and some of my food wrong. I called them up and asked about it, and they told me that they don't do coupons so I could drive up and get it, or they could take my name, and they would take a portion off of my next meal . They just assumed that I was coming back to eat at a place that ripped me off. I asked them, why couldn't they just void the transaction? Or give me my money back and the manager, or whoever I was speaking with said it was a liability issue and they would have to call hr in canada.We're an american company kfc, is at least I thought it was. And all they had to do was actually hit void, and then the transaction would eventually return to my credit card. So I told her to enjoy the extra money I gave her and I hoped it helped her with her bonus. Then she turned the conversation around and said, I was berating her and told me to call back when I had a better attitude and then hung up. What great customer service this happened tonight. The fact that she acted like a victim instead of a responsible manager is laughable.the date is 4/27/2025 around 6ish i would be extremely surprised if corporate or canada reached out to me to make this right seeing how they're the victims, but they cheated me.

When you can get the food it is really good. I have had several instances where chicken is not available, burnt/having to be remade, or frozen due to closing staff. Out of 6 trips 4 have resulted in refunds.

They didn’t wear gloves at all. They were touching their faces, dirty rags and then touching our food. They gravy was old and clumpy. Biscuits were soggy. Not good hygiene. I didn’t see any wash their hands after wiping their foreheads or faces or touching dirty rags wiping stuff down.

The dude that was working was extremely rude slamming food on the tray and complaining when we asked for a water glass. He says why does people think we give free water cups? Ok some people don’t like pop!! And the food was nasty we ordered a chicken sandwich and the bun was wet like they soaked in water and the chicken wasn’t even cooked. And the dude working should not work with the public.

The guy at the window was extremely rude to me while ordering. He kept putting in sides and drinks of his choosing, then I asked for different sides and drinks he gave me attitude and said “well that’s what people normally get” we waited awhile at the window, which I don’t mind, but when we got our food my wife’s Nashville Hot Bowl was just a regular bowl with ice cold nuggets and fries. The cheese on top was the same temperature you’d take it out of the fridge at. Was very disappointed. Next time I’ll just drive to 10th Street
