Wow! The service was terrible and food not much better. Ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos - PLAIN through the drive-thru. Was repeated back as PLAIN and a med pepsi and large pepsi zero. Paid and picked up and asked the server - “sandwiches are plain?” and she answered “yes”. When handed the drinks we asked to make sure which is which and she said she “didn’t know, I was confused”. Due to their inconvenient drive-thru lane and traffic we left but looked immediately and found both sandwiches with lots of mayo and pickles. Made our way back and went in to get the correct order. Not a single “sorry” or apologize. Didn’t say anything. Threw the sandwiches in the trash. Made 2 new sandwiches and returned the cold french fries in the same bag and new sandwiches in a new bag. Sandwiches were terrible along with the cold fries. 40 minutes later we were back on the road to Nebraska Will not visit this location again when we travel.

Very clean when we went there. All the tables were wiped down and the condiment area was clean. I got tenders which were tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. My husband got a sandwich for a pretty good deal. Nicely kept but don’t get the tenders. Too small and too expensive.

Horrible customer service staff was so rude ! Had to wait 15 minutes for food got home to only find out food was literally garbage. Things are so expensive these days and when you treat yourself to a take out dinner and get garbage food it is very frustrating take pride in serving the guest who have chosen to spend there hard working money on your reasuant !!

I had a very interesting experience today. My dad gave me a coupon for buy one get one free kids meal. I show up at 1:00 and ask for two tenders two mac and cheese and two milks. I also asked for ketchup on the side. They didn't give me ketchup, they didn't give me napkins and they didn't give me any silverware to eat the mac and cheese. I called back and tell them what happened and the person who was at the register and who took care of my order took the call and hung up on me. I called back right away and I said the call failed or you hung up on me and she says I thought that's all you had to say. Literally just hung up on me didn't say anything didn't say sorry didn't offer any solution. I can't eat the mac and cheese and it's probably going to get cold by the time I get to any silverware. Sitting there saying that they don't want to be rude and that I'm asking for free stuff when I didn't ask for anything. I will not be returning to this piece of crap store for any personal needs. In this economy it's too much to ask for good service while also getting a deal and this is a clear example. Just straight refusing service. I'm going to assume that this was just targeted harassment towards me due to the fact that there wasn't one customer in your store or parking lot or drive thru. And the energy when I called... You were talking out your neck fr when I called back after you hung up on me. Visit date 08/21/2025 1:00PM-1:15PM. 🤡

Got home and I had absolutely not a single piece of chicken!!! No biscuits which I was supposed to get 4 with the meal. I had 2 large sides of mashed potatoes and gravy for $21.49!!! At this point I hadn't eaten in 2 days so you can about imagine how pissed I was when I got home to no be able to eat food i just purchased. I called the store and of course no answer 2 days in a row. Didn't give me a receipt either! VERY DISAPPOINTING

Takes forever to get your food. This place is filthy. I don’t think it’s ever been properly cleaned. I just hope the kitchen is not like the rest. Bathroom is yuck. No ordering staff. Looks like they need help here. Too bad, cuz I’d guess you can make plenty of money on KFC in a place like SF. The franchise should be checking in here. It gives them a bad name. Food was delicious though!!

Went through the drive through and was helped by Corey. AMAZING PERSON!! Super kind and we had our dogs in the back seat and offered them a treat. He went above and beyond and made our day. Thanks for being awesome, we will always drive to make sure we go to this kfc in town
