The dude that was working was extremely rude slamming food on the tray and complaining when we asked for a water glass. He says why does people think we give free water cups? Ok some people don’t like pop!! And the food was nasty we ordered a chicken sandwich and the bun was wet like they soaked in water and the chicken wasn’t even cooked. And the dude working should not work with the public.

The guy at the window was extremely rude to me while ordering. He kept putting in sides and drinks of his choosing, then I asked for different sides and drinks he gave me attitude and said “well that’s what people normally get” we waited awhile at the window, which I don’t mind, but when we got our food my wife’s Nashville Hot Bowl was just a regular bowl with ice cold nuggets and fries. The cheese on top was the same temperature you’d take it out of the fridge at. Was very disappointed. Next time I’ll just drive to 10th Street

Paid $37.00 for an 8 piece, extra crispy meal. Only got one of our sides, which was only half full of mashed potatoes. The gravy container wasn't closed properly and spilled out in bottom of bag. The chicken had all of the skin falling off, and the biscuits were rock hard. What a waste! Should have gone to Popeyes like my husband insisted.

Don't go the food is awful. I called to get a refund and the person just kept repeating we are closed. I barfed it was so terrible. Super Bad Service! Don't even give it to Dog!!
