I've eaten here several times a week for the past few years, and it's pretty good but with one caveat... The kitchen is as RIDGID as they can possibly be. Asking about changes or substitutions will literally get you yelled at. Whoever is running the kitchen needs to realize they're there to please customers, not themselves. Yeah, you suck.

They charge $4.25 for a bottle of beer!!! Well over 425% markup!!! Total ripoff. At least put the prices on the menu so you can show people how much you are ripping them off for!! Food is just OK.

Gteat drink prices...and that's where it ends. Food was just okay. Had some draught beer which come in 20 oz glasses. Ordered the prime rib dip with chips & queso. Order arrived and had fries. Quickly fixed, but the chips were stale and I am pretty sure the queso came from a jar and was reheated in a microwave. Our bartender was friendly, but seemed preoccupied with one group of people, so somewhat inattentive. My husband and I both agreed that we probably won't be eating here again but may come in for a drink at the bar.

I had a great experience here. The drinks were cold, and I never had to wait for a refill. The food came out hot and fresh.

PSA: Hours Later my wife and I are battling food poisoning. The Worst experience ever , ordered an app with extra gravy the extra gravy came cold, and while we were eating dinner a bug crawled up from the booth onto myself and then into the food.

They completely did away with previous menu. The best items are gone. The waitress was unprofessional and upset when we addressed the issue with her. Time for new management.

We came here the other night for dinner the place was pretty empty so we got a table with no wait. The waitress came and took our order and then we never saw her again till she brought us our check. I had to get up and go to the hostess and ask for anything I needed, I had to get up and go to the bar for a refill on our drinks. All the while staff was hanging around and just seem to be doing the bare minimum to help the few customers that were there.
They have a new menu from the last time we visited so I ordered jambalaya and my husband ordered a burger. I was not impressed at all. The jambalaya was supposed to come with chicken and smoked sausage it came with 3 pieces of smoked sausage and no chicken, it truly looked like the scraped the bottom of the pot and that’s what I got, for 19 bucks I would have been better off buy the ingredients and making it myself for me and my family. My husband said the fries were cold and the burger was just ok.
Also if you do come here to eat bring cash they will charge you a 3% fee to pay any other way.
Over all not sure I will come back.

My family usually really enjoys Kravn. Today’s lunch was not the normal for us. We waited at least 5 minutes before someone asked us if we needed a table. The bartender happened to be our waitress and she could care less about her tables. We sat for about 10 minutes before she came to ask us our drink order. She was slow and ended up keeping my change without even asking. Service was poor today at best.
