MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub

The pizza is pretty good. We ordered the thin crust cheese, as well as the McKenzie River pizza (which is really good 👍). Nice people, and a good vibe to the dining ambience.

Filthy kitchen. Thrown together food. Cramped coolers nothing getting rotated.

People that came in after us got their food long before we did. Hour lunch turned into two. Were told by the waitress that they were short handed and the truck didn't show up, and had a few more excuses up her sleeve. The food was being carried by someone else right behind her. Just don't think it will work out again.

Came with a party of 7 on a busy Saturday night, seated within 20 min. Our server, although very nice, did not use a notepad to take our orders, which may have contributed to some of the chaos that followed.

Two entrees came out quickly, but then one pizza came messed up and the other was not started. The waiter apologized and comped the more extensive pizza. After both of the new pizzas came (~25-30 min), we were still waiting on an entree, which clearly was never started and took an additional 20 min. After delivering that, the waiter again apologized and comped that dish, and offered us free dessert, which we order. The desserts took another 20-25 min (during which we seriously considered leaving). I feel bad for the wait staff, as it was clearly a busy night and I don't think I saw an employee above age 27 or anyone who looked like a manager. There were clearly some management issues this evening. Wasn't intending on a 2+ hour meal tonight 😅

That all said: our pizza (the GF Hot Hawaiian) was delicious and so were the desserts! The seats were comfortable and the vibes were good for our family. Probably a good pick at an off-peak hour.

3 out of the 4 of us dinning were disappointed with our food. We each had a different pasta dish. There was very little flavor. We've been there before and have were happy with the food but today it was just blah. The wait for our food was very long as well.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch here today.

Took 45 min to get our food and asked about it twice. No management around. Poorly managed

The food is always so good as well as the drinks! The hostesses could be a bit friendlier though.

The restaurant claims to accommodate allergies, but unfortunately, our gluten-free dish contained gluten, causing discomfort. I’d recommend extra caution with allergy labeling to ensure safety for all diners.

I ordered the spicy chicken, chicken was good but the bun couldn't hold up it was soggy! And fries were not that great. The chicken club roll and tomato soup was good. I will stick to the Pizza!

Great food and prices, lots of ? for the sports fans. Had an awesome Californian burger. The nachos looked awesome, I will have to try that next time.

Environment was awesome. My server/bartender Jeb was geat. Very personable and funny. I would definitely dine here again.
