On one of the busiest nights of the year, we orde red pizza. I called to check on our order, as it was nearing the estimated time of delivery and Ross answered the phone. He was kind and apologetic about being behind. He was also the person who also delivered our pizzas and when I took them and prepared to give him some cash(just a little that I had in my purse) he mentioned that I had already tipped. I told him to take the cash anyway and have a wonderful night. The food was piping hot and so much better than other places we order from regularly. Will definitely order from Ross and his crew again!

Ordered a pizza with extra cheese and this is what was delivered. Called the store and the manager knew the exact pizza we were calling about. If he knew he was it was a horrible pizza then why send it. He apologized and said "it's a busy Saturday night". Do better Marco's!

This place is the best: 1) CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm not sure who manages this place but it's crystal clear that he has taught his staff that this is the #1 priority. The staff are always pleasant, efficient, and responsive to feedback. Most of the food establishments in sioux falls could learn some things from this Marcos! 2) The price! With how much the cost of eating out and food prices have risen, Marcos have kept their prices extremely reasonable. Literally the only place in town that I can still feed 5 big eaters for under $40 (with tip!) 3) The PIZZA! This is hands-down my favorite casual pizza place, their pizza is great!

Then waited 15min for my food and now t had not even been started even though it was supposed to be ready 10 min prior.

Went into Marco's a couple weeks ago and was greeted by a bubbly Welcome To Marcos by a gal named Dezzi. I haven't been there in a while and didn't know what I wanted. Upon asking what she and her coworkers Christian and Will would recommend, we came upon the Philly Cheesesteak pizza and a Pepperoni Pizzoli for my girlfriend who's super picky. Let me tell y'all, between the service of those 3 awesome employees and our food, we would recommend coming in and checking them out. (I know they're a bit spendy but the quality of service and the variety of options they have amongst the overall tastiness) makes up for it. I don't know if anyone from Marcos sees these but those guys deserve some recognition!!

Ordered a pizza and was stiffed after ordering delivery and then going back in to pick up the order in person when they delivered to the wrong door. Not impressed with spending $40 for nothing. Also pretty sure the guy that I dealt with was lit up on something or another and overtly hostile when I went in to pick up what I'd paid for. Will not be returning or recommending.

Even when you indicate no tip (because I ordered online and picked it up myself) they still try to be sneaky here and "print it out for you to sign" with a heavy tipping implication. It has happened every time I have gone to pick up my order. Annoying place to buy pizza from.
