The only reason I gave Marcos 4 stars instead of 5 for atmosphere was because there are so many take out and delivery orders going on that there's a lot of hustle and bustle happening for some who might prefer a quieter environment, but the other way to look at this is how popular their pizzas really are! If you've had a Marcos pizza you'll want to order one again and with so many options for toppings you'll find a bunch of favorites for sure. My favorite is Hawaiian and aside from the ham and pineapple, their sauce is what delivers! I never have long to wait either, regardless of how busy they are and that's always a plus. My location is the one on Sycamore but I'm sure their 57th st location is also top notch. Only good things to say about Marcos, so I hope you enjoy their pizzas and extras as much as I do and if you want it fast, fresh and ready when you arrive, you can always use their app to order early or call and place your order. 9 out of 10 it will be ready when you arrive! Great place, I highly recommend Marcos.

This is the 2nd time I have had terrible service at this location. First time, I sat around for almost half an hour from the time they said it'd be ready. They messed up the order and had to remake it, without communicating that. Stuff happens. The last time, I sat in the drive up window for over 10 minutes without being greeted. There was a guy designated to check the contents of the boxes waiting for pickup but he made sure to avoid greeting any of those potential order owners at the drive up window. Parked the car, went in for the guy working the counter to stand around for a couple minutes and be surprised someone was standing at the counter. Finally got the pizza and it was pretty good.

Customer service is an absolute joke, takes forever for delivery and if you call and ask where your order is the minimum wage loser answering the phone won’t do his job and find out he’ll just tell you it’s on the way and not check even when it’s been over an hour. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

This review is not intended to bash management, but rather flag a serious process issue to prevent it from happening again.I recently placed a delivery order for a large pepperoni pizza. About 20 minutes later, I received a voicemail from a Pipestone area code.The person stated she was a manager and that she wasn’t supposed to be working that day but the morning shift manager didn’t show up and that there was a guy there who was only half trained, etc, etc. lots of oversharing.Point being, she made clear that my order was not going to show up. She promised to refund me and that was it.I then proceeded to order another pizza from a different pizza place.2 hours later, this Marco’s pizza shows up. I ended up just giving it to my coworkers.Now obviously, I understand having to pay for a delivered product I ordered. But when I receive a call saying I’m not going to receive it, just give me my money back.I understand growing pains and employee turnover. It just seems like there aren’t processes in place to prevent a poor experience like the one I had.

I used to love this place, but feel the quality has gone way down. Very friendly staff, and great taste, but I just can't put my $ here anymore. Ordered Lrg Ultimate Magnifico, Med 1 topping with ham, two orders of boneless wings. Pizzas were not cut at all. Ham looked like they tried to cut it, but no. Also, the lack of topping for the ham is a bit ridiculous. There is hardly any put on it. This has happened before. They used to really pay attention to the overall quality, but it doesn't seem like that's really happening anymore, while it's being made, and before the box is closed. I hate to give this review, but it needed to be said. I will be looking for a different place. Maybe I'll try here again, if I hear it's improved. I ordered delivery and had to call my order in because my address wasn’t pleasing to the system. Honestly, I was annoyed, but not for long. The gentleman who answered the phone was kind, upbeat, patient and overall pleasant to talk to. My pizza (and salad) was delivered on time, and with a smile. Everything was fresh and delicious. I only hope to receive this level of customer care elsewhere, it’s a dime a dozen anymore. Will be back to support good people again soon.

The pizza was very good.the crust was baked perfect good amount of sauce. The amount of toppings was borderline on not being enough. We will go back.

Pizza was tasty, and i really liked the crust. My complaint is that the online ordering system never updated to let me know the pizza was ready. I walked in one minute before the estimated time (I live 2 minutes away), and the pizza was cold by the time I got home.
