They mess up my order quite often when deliveries are made. Outside of that, they are fairly fast at delivering the food. And I like the pizza because the sauce is not as sweet as other pizza joints.

Marcos banned me from ordering delivery, after they messed up my order, several times. I’d order “the works” and get something completely different, or half the topping were missing. Extremely unprofessional and unwilling to work with the customer even after a year. That’s not friendly. If your gonna mess up a $50 order the least you could do is own up to it, and fix it instead of banning someone who got fed up with your crap.

Was in a strip mall next to noodles and company. Was greeted right away and he was really friendly. Looked like one making pizza and one doing checkout around 1 pm. Pickup took about 15 minutes from time of ordering. Had 4 pizzas. All were good. Very flavorful and bold. Was half price deal. Normal price is 20. I don't normally order pizza but this was a win.

One of the best delivery pizzas BUT they never seem to bring the sides requested. Ordered (and I assume paid for) a garlic cup, pizza sauce cup, parm packs and pepper packs and got none of it. And don't get me started on the web/phone app order system.

We ordered curbside delivery for their Triple Pepperoni Magnifico and were horrified and disgusted by the grease that dripped from the box while bringing it in the house! We were confused how the employee who brought it out to our car could miss such a thing. I posted the pictures of it separately as seen sitting on my countertop with paper towels underneath to try & catch the grease.

I didn't care for the taste of the pizza overall. Even for someone like me who loves crust, it had way too much dough! The three types of pepperoni seemed to be just thrown on, all at the center of the pie, so they fell off when you picked it up. Since there were basically no toppings at the edge of the crust, it really didn't leave much on the pizza. Sufficed to say, our first time ordering will be our last.

They just left the pizza on the bottom of oud steps without knocking, ringing the doorbell, or letting us know it was delivered at all in 30 degree weather, we had to call to check on the delivery to find out they just left it... the pizza was ofcourse terrible after sitting out in the cold for 15 mins

My husband raves about their pizza bowls, but I hadn't ever tried them until last week. It's absolutely the best pizza I've had in a while. My 7yo ate 5 slices lol We'll be back!

Online order, error multiple times on the order. Very kind service from the individual who answered the phone, he referred me to the manager Lori. Lori was extremely unprofessional and combative. I asked for clarification on the order. Love Marcos but that will be our last order.

OMG!!!! Outstanding. Food, appearance and quality was perfect. Atmosphere and overall service was great. Associates were awesome. Believe me you get full with leftovers. Highly recommend!!!!!

Unfortunately I haven't been able to order marcos for over a year now. I can't login with my old email address; it prompts me to create a new username, but the form is broken because of the password field form validation feature. I am blown away by how they rolled out this new app and website, and all this has done is prevent me from being a customer. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

First they didn’t use any gloves when preparing any of the food including cutting the pizza before handing it too you the prefer was placed for 5 and the pizza was not made correctly so they had to remake it which I did not get any sort of apology for they just gave it to me like nothing happened I just don’t think they are working to their standards.
