They charge you .89 for ranch, but don't tell you, they just add it to your bill. 50% of my frys were undercooked, floppy and cold in cent3r, which really bummed me out. Strange cause I had some super crunch bits mixed in, like 2 different batches.
Waitress never came to ask how things were, I ordered a burger and needed another napkin and could have used a drink refill.
I used to like this place but lack of service and the sub par fries just made the whole experience really suck. It wasn't enjoyable and that's why I ate out, in the first place.
How hard is it to say, there is an .89 cents charge for Ranch, would you still like it? (no)
Come by mid dining, refill my drink and ask how everything is
They saw most of my frys were left there and half my burger but they don't care.
Don't think I'll go back. It's not close to home and felt unwelcoming and the value is gone.
I desperately want nice places to eat in Sioux Falls, but there are just so few at the mid range price. $20 bucks for drink, burger and frys and it wasn't good and the service and experience was poor.

This has become our family favorite since moving back to the area. Great classic home style food done well at prices better than anywhere in town for quality and portions. Always excellent service.

Nice diner. Service started out slow but I think the large group in the other room caused that issue. Pork tenderloin sandwich was good; just the right size.
Parking: Parking in front and a bigger lot in back.

I haveca friend who is a waitress there and everytime we come in she comes and helps use with our order. She brings our food and drink with a big smile and ask how things are twice. Refilled our water, took our plates brought our desserts ? asked again if she could help

Delicious breakfast. The place was packed and I think we may have taken the last table but our waiter greeted us pretty quickly and let us know he would be right back with menus. Food came out quickly considering it was a full house. Great home cooked style meal.
