Ordered food at 10:30pm on 12/22/2025, my buns on my quarter pounder was hard as a rock, last time I was there my meat was undercooked, I think this place needs to be investigated, experienced this going on 6 months, never was satisfied

Service was absolutely terrible. Told us to drive around to do druve thru pickup and waited thete for a solid 30 minutes and then we decided to go into there and they hadn’t even made or started my food. They cleared our order and I’m pretty sure there was drug deals going on… peolle in the drive thru that went after us got Their food before us and left within 15 seconds of getting it. All the people there were irritated and rude and annoyed and had attitude with all of us and it was unacceptable and disrespectful on a whole Nother level. Very disappointing and plus my chicken nuggets taste like rubber

When I got here around 8:20pm on 12/15/25 I was placing my order but the guy over the speaker gave me attitude when I was wanting large fries and cut off my order when I was wanting more the order was due to it being made by the other more better staff, no customer need to brought such rudeness when picking their order this is unacceptable, the guy was wearing a black coat, a mask, 6ft, and he's black from I can tell with the mask

I had a good experience here. They were busy but, I got my food quick. The guy running around giving orders or to customers outside even stopped and asked if I had a drink with my order so I could fill my cup while I waited for my order. Seems like a good crew.

Even though I ordered a steak biscuit and got a steak bagel the service was a 10 out of 10. I mean she brought me some grape jelly when she didn't have to and it's service like that is why it's 5 stars for me

I ordered 4 quarter pounders. Manager was EXTREMELY rude and showed us the 3 slices of onions he put on it. I ordered a QUARTER POUNDER BURGER not some bread with meat and a couple of mistakes on it. Why is the managers family in there at all going behind the counter too? I want a refund this isnt dinner

Disgusting, old fries and cold chicken jerky - huge waste of hard earned money and time. When I called, they told me to drive all the way back over there in rush hour traffic. Nevermind the whole point of going there was to save time and alleviate stress of cooking. I was robbed.
