The whole restaurant was dirty and walking in I can hear how sticky the floor was as my feet were getting stuck. I ordered my food but then there was no clean tables so even when I sat down to try to eat it was very uncomfortable. I didn't want to touch anything. None of the workers were trying to clean up and it wasn't even busy.

Asked for a drink holder, he gave it to us and was going to have us put each individual drink in it (which whatever) but doesn't make sense. What a joke. I've stopped here three times for a Happy Meal for my son. Every time, they are "waiting on fries". It's been ten minutes. How long do they need to be in the fryer? Get your act together. Do better. This location is a joke. Update: Ordered again on 3/21/25. Totally jacked up the Happy Meal order. Is it your intent to be this bad? Ketchup only on a hamburger, yet it had onions, pickles, and mustard. You've now convinced me to go anywhere else other than here. You're a joke.

Reluctantly I came back to this location. They renovated the place.NOTHING really change. Same CRAPPY SERVICE, SAME RUDE ATTITUDE. JUST BECAUSEthey improve the place, they overlooked the quality. Fries were hard. They forgot my kid apple juice, an I thought the happy meal came with fries. Still disappointed an I won't be returning. An get this when I pulled to the first window the guy was sitting an I could just see his head. Took my cash an he asked if I needed a receipt, I declined an waited for my change. This is where the homeless hangout after they let them out of the Bishop Dudley House. They have forced this branch to close the lobby until 9am. When I asked the frightened manager why they don't hire security, she said the higher ups wouldn't allow it. A disgrace and smh still 2 weeks later.

I never always try to keep negative reviews off here but this needs shared. I ordered at the kiosk and had a wait it happens it is dinner rush. Got our bags of food asked for our cups for soft drinks to be met with an attitude and condescending tone. That was irritating. The employee just dropped the cups on the counter and walked away. I asked my 12 year old low functioning autistic son to ask for a cup hold I heard him say excuse me to get attention then when he was addressed he politely asked for a cup holder. The same employee then threw it across the counter at him making him want to cry and not eat his food that he just bought with his birthday money for him and his older sisters. They missed an order of fries gave him the wrong size banana strawberry smoothie when he ordered a medium they gave him a small. Will never return there and am going in the morning to speak with store management respectfully about this issue

I am literally only giving this place one review because I have to. I pulled up and I ordered a McChicken and a Mc double I sat in line for 10 minutes and then was told to pull around and then when I asked for a refund, the kid at the window told me I was ridiculous and that I shouldn’t come to a fast food establishment during rush-hour, and then when I asked to speak to his manager, he would not give me his name and hung up on me very very rude. This is what’s wrong with the world. There is no customer service. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Do better
Was waiting for a friend and was told I can't keep ordering...to stay in the restaurant. I asked for my $ back on 13 cookies. Manager is abrasive and unprofessional in my visit

Probably the most pathetic mcdonalds ive ever been too. They consistently manage to piss me off with their incompetence everytime I've gone there. They will never get everything on your order to where it's expected to not have atleast 1 or 2 of your items. They will charge you for orders that aren't yours and when you ask them to wait they're to high to stop. They will make you wait for a half hour while they serve other people around you. Charge you for shit they don't have then not refund you for the uncharge. I dont even think I've had a decent experience at this mcdonalds much less good.

Staff very nice but lots of older homeless people who have nowhere warm to go during the day gather there.Not their fault. When we visited the temp was 12 degrees plus high winds. Shelter is close by and Sioux Falls needs to do better for their people.
