Disgusting, old fries and cold chicken jerky - huge waste of hard earned money and time. When I called, they told me to drive all the way back over there in rush hour traffic. Nevermind the whole point of going there was to save time and alleviate stress of cooking. I was robbed.

I ordered a cheeseburger in the drive thru, but got a hamburger. I went inside to get the cheeseburger I ordered. I was ignored until I made my presence known. Then I was given over the top service and given my cheeseburger within 30 seconds.

We were the only car in the drive-through, lobby was almost empty. Took 15 minutes to get our food & we even ordered ahead on the app. After getting our food, we realized we were missing a happy meal. Went back through the drive- thru, waited another 10 minutes for the happy meal. đĄ

Bad customer service, horrible wait time, had to wait 5-10 minutes just for 2 large cups so we could grab out drinks, people around us complaining about cold food and then forgot food when gotten it back. No uniforms at all. I work at a McDonald's myself and that one was just horrible.

Theyâre always missing items. Ordered a 40pc McNugget, they gave me 20 and charged me for 40 anyway. I also ordered delivery from them and they completely messed up my order. If youâre going to go to this one, you better be ready to check every single thing right there at the window/counter. Because they mess up all of the time.

After a long drive my family stopped here to find the bathroom closed :(. I asked why and they said they couldn't open it because they couldn't spare the workers to clean it. Uh-oh, shoulda took the hint and left. We decided to stay because we had kids in tow. Food took about 20 minutes to arrive but was mostly right. McDonald's is slipping.
