I ordered a cheeseburger in the drive thru, but got a hamburger. I went inside to get the cheeseburger I ordered. I was ignored until I made my presence known. Then I was given over the top service and given my cheeseburger within 30 seconds.

Very slow. Then went again and will never come here again. I watched five cars go through the drive thru as I sat and waited for my order aftert they asked me to pull around to wait.i ordered a cheeseburger meal and it took 15 min. Why even have a drive thru? The kid that brought me my order was so rude that I will never be back . Never seen such terrible service. WOW

This is where the homeless hangout after they let them out of the Bishop Dudley House. They have forced this branch to close the lobby until 9am. When I asked the frightened manager why they don't hire security, she said the higher ups wouldn't allow it. A disgrace and smh still 2 weeks later.
