Sat in the drive through for an Hour. All I ordered was a Big Mac and a sprite. Took an hour to get my food and then it was cold. Your staff either don’t care about doing their jobs or you need more staff. Figure it out. If not then close your store at 9pm instead of staying open so late your staff just don’t want to work.

This is the slowest mcdonalds. And they have a messed up sign that makes it almost impossible to read half the menu. Then after waiting almost 30 mins to get your food the order ends up being wrong or missing things.

Did mobil app pick up... waited forever... finally went in wasn't the only one waiting I guess one plus of having to go in is that I got to fix my order as they messed that up too I guess short staffed. I've never had much luck at this particular McDonald's

manager talking to guest letting them get free drinks then standing by them and messing around finally went to the back after they started getting loud all the workers messing around with this group of kids. Other children here being disrespectful blocking the drink fountain and being loud and rude.
Shouldn’t take a hour to get my food with only 2 cars in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous. Never will be coming to this location again

I ordered 2 big Mac meal they give me closer box with the sticker and then I come back home and open it is be for chicken nuggets two fries different size MC chicken burger

All we got was 2 frappes, kidsmeal, and a couple snack wraps. Took 30 minutes and the first time they came out they didn't have our frappes. The people next to us had to go back in due to messed up order after waiting as well. This happened to us a couple times at this location. Just hope it's due to short staff and not just workers who don't care.
