This is the worst McDonalds in Sioux Falls. Always super slow, they often do not get my order correct either. I won't be going to this one again.

Super long drive thru line....only went to get Grinchmas meals for the socks and after waiting in line for 15 minutes, get to the ordering spot and there was a letter stating that they were currently out of the Grinch socks. So, 15-20 minutes of wasted time, no socks, no food... decided to go elsewhere!

Well night time service is better then the evening crew. I had a order her to pick up and honestly every worker ignored me. I had to practically yell for my dash order that was just sitting there in the back. Evening crew 1 star night crew 5 stars

I went to the drive-thru are the quarter pounder with cheese no ketchup no pickles when I got the buns burnt and I only have onions on it the french fries were cold I was not impressed and it probably took 10 minutes to get it

I spent $42 for 2 meals and 1 large drink and fry! I don’t even get straws didn’t even get the fries!!! Terrible food it was cold. Then I ordered a smaller order just 1 meal freezing cold fries! Never, again am I using this restaurant again.

Sat in the drive through for an Hour. All I ordered was a Big Mac and a sprite. Took an hour to get my food and then it was cold. Your staff either don’t care about doing their jobs or you need more staff. Figure it out. If not then close your store at 9pm instead of staying open so late your staff just don’t want to work.

This is the slowest mcdonalds. And they have a messed up sign that makes it almost impossible to read half the menu. Then after waiting almost 30 mins to get your food the order ends up being wrong or missing things.
