Food was fine. I forgot to say takeout and everyone going back and forth to the back. Every employee just gave me stares. I ended up saying something to the person putting my items in a tray. And asked them to bag it instead. But if you see customers looking for your attention. Please ask them if you can help them with anything.

Absolutely terrible service!!!! Mary the manager on duty was rude as hell! Literally ordered on the app amd got there still had to wait 20mins to get our food. I would understand if they were busy but they had only 3 customers in the store that we are ordering on the kiosk. I normally don't do reviews but the way Mary talked to me with the poor service, I just couldn't let this slide.

Have coffee obce a week with older friends and it's like they're trying to drive us out. We have to bring jackets in the summer because it's so cold inside and they play their music so loud we have a hard time talking.

Yesterday Sun. July 27th. I stopped in and ordered 5a. Crispy chicken strips. My sprite and French fries were fine. At least something was right. What I got was a 4, something. At 1st I thought it was a 4a, ok that is what I usually order, I could deal. Until I took a bite, it was spicy chicken! Needless to say it ended up in the garbage. Just wanted to vent. $10 down the drain.

Went to drive thur, paid at window (female worker yelling at drive male drive thur worker - telling him he needs to multitask) told to pull around because waiting on hashbrowns - waited 7 minutes to get home and open my bag with absolutely no hashbrowns in bag - called manager was RUDE, said I could come back for them, not driving 20 minutes back to get hashbrowns. I will not be going back again!
Husband and I after rock the country decided that after the festival we wanted a real cheeseburger and some fries. We ordered ahead in the app to make sure that it was easier on the probably already overworked employees working the overnight shift. I expected it to be busy, but what I saw was awful. When I pulled up it was backed all the way to the main road, with cars in the adjacent parking lot as well, it took an hour and 15 minutes to get up to the speakers, and then another 20 minutes of waiting at the speakers to finally hear a voice. When I got up to the second window I saw a kid, early 20s running the entire front by himself, both drive thru lanes, DoorDash, coffee, fries etc etc. he was a very nice gentleman and honestly after tonight deserves a raise. He did forget a sandwich but I will not put the blame on him for his bosses lack of preparation. Y’all knew for a year that his event was happening and that people would want greasy food after. They also knew that there’s free concerts at falls park, and any other events going on minus the 2 weddings we ran into. The food was hot and fresh and delicious, but really wanted to say good job to the team who worked their butts off tonight!

The food was pretty fresh but the wait time was excessive. Several of the employees were being rude to an elderly couple that needed help. The two assistant managers were nice but their staff...not so much. The floors by the counter were dirty, greasy, and very slippery.
