Found large chunks of fuzzy gray.. stuff?? in our drinks. Absolutely horrific and disgusting. Luckily I noticed it in my sprite before I took a drink but my husband wasn’t so lucky… Will not be going back to this location ever again.

I arrived at the store to get my app order. I was rudely and abruptly corrected stating it was a “mobile order”! They could not find my order and stated I had to re-order it and pay for it again even after I showed them my order number! I left without my food and lost $10! It was very disappointing!

This McDonald's is the worst McDonald's in the entire country. They have this older white woman working the drive thru with the worst attitude and she made me wait 10 minutes for my food. Literally put 17 french fries in my small fry. (I counted) and everything was not freshly made. No reason it took 10 minutes at all. I've worked at plenty McDonald's. This one needs to be shut down.

My fiance, daughter and I ordered some burgers from here and they were completely raw throughout the patties. My fiance took a bite and it was cold and completely mushy raw. We called to get a refund and they tried to argue with us and say all the burgers were cooked. They admitted their grills only get temped twice a day and the burgers that go out to be served are not temped, but claimed he could guarantee they were all cooked and refused to provide a refund. My fiance threw up everything she ate to avoid getting sick, and we threw everything away. The man I talked to insulted my fiance and I both and refused to provide his name before hanging up. I will never eat from McDonalds again and if you do, please avoid this location for your own health and safety. There is no care for food safety and they would rather let you die of e. coli or listeria than provide a refund for a few burgers.
Dietary restrictions: If you don't want raw hamburgers eat elsewhere.
Kid-friendliness: Never bring your kids if you care about their safety, they serve raw meat.

Went thru drive thru, clearly ordered McMuffins, I get my order and received biscuits, I know I know just take the food. Then I go to get my order fixed and she gives me a hard time. This is my McDonald’s and I’ve never had a problem.

The gentleman was kind, but I gave him my money to pay, and he was giving me back more than what I should have for change. I told him that was too much back. He realized the mistake but gave us our money back and we got our food for free.
