Worst drive thru service ever!! I was asked to pull fwd and I waited exactly 17 minutes for 2 plain hamburgers and a med fries. I watched 10 cars behind me get there food and drinks and mind you not the car ahead of me was waiting even longer for a Happy Meal. Only reason our food was brought out was because I called and asked what was going on. Smh! No apology either. WORST SERVICE EVER!!
Fast food place should not take 40 minutes to get an order. Glad I wasn’t in a hurry cause this place will make you late. They are only worried about keeping their drive through time low , but they will make you wait. What’s the point if it’s not quick like it’s supposed to be, could have went ate somewhere better for waiting so long.

Tried to use coupons we had purchased. Gal at the counter wouldn't help us. Manager happened to come by and said to order at the Kiosk and select pay at counter so we did. Then nothing happened. Waited about 15 minutes. Gal asked and we told her we had done as instructed but she still wouldn't help. We gave up and left.

Here is a picture of my “Large Fries.” Looks like a small fry to me—you be the judge. I’m offended and disappointed that I pay extra for things and this is what I receive in return. Customer service and customer appreciation must be a thing of the past. I was not greeted at the window with a hello or a smile. I was greeted with a total and had to confirm the order was for Paul by asking myself. I was going to give this restaurant a one star but the individual who took my order in the drive through was professional and helpful. My expectation is this: if I pay extra for a Large Fry—then I expect a Large Fry.

I was not impressed I ordered a double cheeseburger with no ketchup no mustard I got no onions and no cheese and it was pretty burnt my order was not good at all the food was terrible my burger tasted burnt pretty tough and dry I didn't come like I wanted I had no cheese I had no I know onions I like fighting into a piece of cardboard that's what the burger tasted like the service was good My overall impression was very disappointing my impression of the visit was very disappointing it's not always like that there knowing that my food is not always in my like that when I go to that particular McDonald's I will go back again my experience was a very good because I was hungry mega barely even eat it to sum up my experience of the day if it would have been my first time ever being there I would not ever go back again but I've been there enough times to know that it's not always like that I will go back again

The longest wait I’ve personally ever experienced for my McDonald’s food. Order placed at 10:18 AM and order called at 11:09 AM. A 51 minute wait is a record for me. My hash browns were room temperature. The tortillas on my breakfast burrito were a bit stiff. Coffee was okay though. A consolatory “sorry for the wait” was all that I got. I do not like this place.

Whoever the night manager is on the weekends is fantastic! They gets the food out quickly and fresh and accurate! Give a 10/10 to this manager! They’ve def made positive changes hiring this manager on! This McDonald’s used to be awful!

Don't bother to do a mobile order this is a waste of your time we need thirty minutes at a modable order in curbed side pickup absolutely a waste of time

Disgusting, old fries and cold chicken jerky - huge waste of hard earned money and time. When I called, they told me to drive all the way back over there in rush hour traffic. Nevermind the whole point of going there was to save time and alleviate stress of cooking. I was robbed.
The workers there are just have no desire to help customers. Trying to order something and it wasn't showing up right on the kiosk so I went to the register and the lady told me u have to do it at the kiosk I said it's not showing up right she responded and said I don't know what to tell you and walked away. I was really shocked by that specially caz I never had anything like that before at McDonald's.

We waited for over an HOUR in the drive thru for our order. This location always takes a little longer, but over an hour? No apology was offered. Never again.

I BEGGED the order taker to not put cheese on my burger, Begged....got cheese on burger, 3rd time out of 4. Im done. Also it isn't a drive thru when your FORCE everyone to pull over in one of many spots. It's a drive thru, stop messing this up. Update if ya order from here from GrubHub you are the problem
