This is normally my favorite location as they are always very quick; however I was put on a wait for 15 minutes this time around just for one sandwich out of the rest of the order. Was not very happy and ended up being late to my next stop.

Food quality is getting worse. There is no lettuce in the McChicken. The staffs feel very proud that the kitchen is running of the lettuce and they are happy to make items without enough ingredients.

This location used to be our favorite. Some months ago when we started coming here the service was amazing with them bringing our food right to the table! We really liked that extra service that you don't get at fast food restaurants. The service was fast and the food was hot, fresh & delicious!! But this visit things were the opposite. It was just very disappointing in the McDonald's location we'd come to love. We realize every person, every place has off days and times and can not be spectacular all the time, especially with today's staffing shortages. However, it's been like this including dirty tables, overflowing trash and disgusting food on the floor too often. We hope they can get back to their previous exemplary service and food. In the mean time, we'll probably just skip McDonald's for now.

As a doordasher not having someone talk to me or ask what I needed for 5 minutes and had multiple staff member look at me and right as I’m about to ask for my order they would keep walking away. Never had this issue at this location before. Including a manger looked right at me and walked away.

this mcdonald’s is usually my favorite location; always gets my orders right and is always fresh. unfortunately for them, today my husband went to get us some food; i ordered the 10 piece nuggets meal and he had gotten the double quarter pounder meal. was super excited to eat once he got home, as we settled in and started taking out our food, i asked where my nuggets were. turns out McDonald’s forgot the main thing of the mcnugget meal🤦🏻♀️ but hey at least they gave us bbq. fries were old as well and filled half way (we got a large) and over all food was 2/10. tried calling to let them know and no one was answering. husband said restaurant was not busy either, so there shouldn’t be a reason why they wouldn’t answer. super disappointed.

The food was delicious, I come to this location all the time! But during this visit there was a manager working who was being very rude to his employees and swearing at them. I believe his name was Josh. I had my child along with me. Did not feel very family friendly. Unlikely to return.

Forgot my French fries never coming back here again am crying because I wanted French fries. Also I waited longer then 10 mins for the workers to make new French fries but they didn’t give me anything
