Honestly, McDs in Sioux Falls are awful. Every other location takes foreverrrrrrr. This is the ONE location that's decent. Seriously give them all a raise because they're the only friendly and decently on time group of people working for a McDonalds in the whole city. I literally will not bother going to McD unless I happen to be near this one.
P.S. Don't ever try a drive thru at any McD in Sioux Falls if you expect fast food. Just use the app and tell them you're there. Otherwise you'll wait 20mins even if you ordered ahead.

Our simple order was also incorrect - didn't want to wait another 20+ minutes, just left. 🤬

Standard McDonald's experience minus ordering via human. Forced to use kiosks while workers stand and watch you... Seems to be the new trend.

Absolutely disgusting facility. The restroom had fecal matter all over the toilet seat. Someone had put ketchup packets under the seat so when someone sat down, ketchup would go everywhere. An employee was in the restroom, and did not wash their hands after they were done using the restroom. Not sure our food is safe to eat from here. I think this place needs a health inspection ASAP!

Waited 25 minutes for our order- nothing special. Asked the manage what was up.. she blew us off and said we had some problems. It wasn't busy. Workers moved like turtles. Food was cold after that long wait. Worst McDonald's I've ever been with service and attitude. I worked at McDonald's for 3 years. Come on man!!
Ever see Lethal Weapon 2? Just keep Joe Pesci's rant about drive through in mind... ordered a #3 no pickle and a #2c... got two #2c, one without pickle, and didnt find out until 20 miles later when i get home. Person taking taking the orders could not comprehend making it a large combo either and instead tried adding extra items to the order in large size.
