Person taking taking the orders could not comprehend making it a large combo either and instead tried adding extra items to the order in large size.

This is the first time I have EVER left a review but feel compelled to share my experience here. Went through the drive thru tonight & the server made a mistake on my order & left off half of my order. When asked to correct the mistake, again I was told get to the back of the line and reorder. When I politely asked for the manager, she appeared and again insisted that I get to the back of the line and reorder. Unbelievably terrible service and if policy, absurd. Complete lack of customer service and blatant disregard when asked to correct the staffs mistake. Would not recommend to anyone. Zero stars

There were flies everywhere, the tables sticky, floor very dirty with balls of hair, garbage behind counter was overflowing, bathroom was like another planet, so horrid and smelly! I would've left if I didn't order already.
They claim to help you when you're at a kiosk, but you have to wait awhile to be noticed- drive thru is way more important!
Watched a young gentleman come in from outside (thought he was just starting his shift) and start packaging up breakfast sandwiches- no washing his hands....Ben, the manager, was not very hospitable.
