Just went through the drive through. Used my code for my free Fry's points got taken out my account. Lady's at the drive through refused to give me my Fry's I showed them the code at both windows. Additionally meal was cold and they forgot my sauce for my nuggets. Not impressed with this location at all.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle today and asked for the extra mcgriddle for a 100 and then another for a co worker. I got the meal one and then just 2 mcgriddle pancakes not a sandwich. I called and a gentleman basically told me I don't know how to order I had to say sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles not just the extra for a 1.00 they are running as a special. Very rude and defensive and not willing to provide any solution which involve me even saying I'd cover any difference in cost to get it covered but I wouldn't pay the extra 3 bucks for 2 pancakes when the entire 2nd sandwich was a 1.00. Was told to talk to corporate.

This location is always the fastest, friendliest, and freshest in the area.
My fries were cold and sat in a warmer forever and now all McDonald's are transitioning away from person to person transactions at the counter and you have to walk in the door and put your food into a computer screen manually and they keep Rising the price of food so the quality is going down the experience is going down and the food is getting more expensive I'm sorry to say that the only time I'll be visiting McDonald's from now on when they bring the McRib back
