Wow. So tonight I ordered off of door dash. It has been an hour since I placed my order. The washer has been updating me saying that he was told they needed to make more fries but seems pretty sketchy. I mean, this is McDonald's. How is the fry situation not streamlined to a science at this point? 1 full hour since I placed my order for some nuggets and a happy meal. I wish I could say this is the first time that speed was an issue. No other McDonald's I've ever been to has taken longer than this one. I've definitely spent 15-20 minutes in the drive thru lane on several occasions. This store needs some work, it is by far, one of the slowest fast food restaurants in town.

The employees gotta work on making their fries. Seriously, they’re awful. They taste like regular McDonald’s fries for a few seconds and then quickly get underwhelming. They’re not done enough and don’t have enough salt. Takes forever to get orders. One time when I was there, I heard a manager or someone lose their shit with their employees to actually work and quit dicking around - makes sense.

If I could leave no stars I would....second time I came the the McDonald's first time waiting 45 min for food. This time waited for 30 mins..Miss some food on the order had wait at counter for another 10 mins till serve came. My burgers was cold the double quarter pound is suppose to be cooked fresh but it was cold....what a poor service at this restaurant....my option shut this McDonald's down

We stopped here after a family fun day for a quick dinner. We ordered 3 kids meals and 2 regular meals. 2 of the kids meals were cheese burgers which were room temperature at best but more like cold. The cheese didn't even melt a tiny bit. We asked for one of them to have only ketchup and cheese, but we got no ketchup on it. My meal I asked for extra mayo no tomatoes on my deluxe quarter pounder with cheese was also cold. I got no mayo and maybe a dime sized amount of ketchup. My boyfriend stood at the counter for 5 minutes trying to get our cups so our kids would at least have their drinks while we waited and no one helped him. I went up there and made eye contact with someone (which he had also done) but just stared until they came over. His food was also cold. All of the fries we got were cold and seemed stale. Just disgusting. The worker were also being loud and very obnoxious. 0 stars if I could. Was just terrible service and disgusting food. We will not return to this location.

We waited 30 minutes for our food while sitting inside. 9 people also were waiting for behind us. Then when we got our order they missed a burger which required us to wait even longer. The food tasted fine but is very disappointing the time we had to wait
