We stopped here after a family fun day for a quick dinner. We ordered 3 kids meals and 2 regular meals. 2 of the kids meals were cheese burgers which were room temperature at best but more like cold. The cheese didn't even melt a tiny bit. We asked for one of them to have only ketchup and cheese, but we got no ketchup on it.
My meal I asked for extra mayo no tomatoes on my deluxe quarter pounder with cheese was also cold. I got no mayo and maybe a dime sized amount of ketchup.
My boyfriend stood at the counter for 5 minutes trying to get our cups so our kids would at least have their drinks while we waited and no one helped him. I went up there and made eye contact with someone (which he had also done) but just stared until they came over. His food was also cold.
All of the fries we got were cold and seemed stale. Just disgusting.
The worker were also being loud and very obnoxious.
0 stars if I could. Was just terrible service and disgusting food. We will not return to this location.

We waited 30 minutes for our food while sitting inside. 9 people also were waiting for behind us. Then when we got our order they missed a burger which required us to wait even longer. The food tasted fine but is very disappointing the time we had to wait

All fine except the delivery curbside was a bit late. And that was apologized for by the one that carried the food out. A very pleasant high school age delivery person.

Ordered a happy meal for my kiddo and sat in a pickup spot for 15 mins while they continued to take orders and park cars everywhere while the staff was clearly overworked and overwhelmed

Ordered drive thru and when I received my food they forgot the sauce. I went back to the drive thru and they tried to charge me for sauce. I tried at least three times to tell her I never got the sauce when I ordered. She said there is no way for us to know that so you will have to pay for sauce. I said what a few times as I couldn’t believe what she was saying. I asked for the manager and the drive thru guy came on and said you can stop saying what and stop yelling. I was far from yelling he told me to pull around up front. I asked at the window if someone was going to bring it out to me and the manager said no you can come in and get it. Once inside he was argumentative and refused to give me his name or the other rude persons name. I told him I was reporting them to corporate and he said all they are going to do is tell me to send you some coupons. I said I don’t need your coupons and his reply was well it’s obvious that you do.

They have shorted us our cheeseburgers three times over the last three Fridays. We shouldn’t have to check our orders every time. I do not recommend this store as their help must be incompetent. Short a total of 9 cheeseburgers.
We go after 4 pm as our treat.

Pretty disappointing to get my order incorrect. It clearly says no cheese on the sticker right on the box, but that was the least of my concerns. A group of teens and kids were being loud and obnoxious. I was willing to tolerate them until they started cussing. I just decided to take the food and go. My wife and kids were able to eat but I could not as I can't have cheese. Management needs to step up and put the kids in their place. Kick them out, they're ruining the family friendly environment.

They made a couple mistakes and did try to correct them and didn't cause a fuss about it so at least they had some humility but ended up get the same error occurring again. Hope to come back again and hopefully see an improvement to details

They are saying they are open upto 10:00 PM but they are closed before 09:50PM and drive through super busy. Waited 25 Minutes.

I shouldn’t have to spend my lunch hour waiting in line and waiting to receive my order.
You really need to up grade your team here at this location . It’s 12:00 noon my lunch is over and i still haven’t received my food .
