When did it become acceptable for fast food to stop being a convenience and when something is wrong you inconvenience employees by trying to get it right the most valuable commodity is TIME and this establishment is sure good at wasting it and making me waste the money i trade my time for. Every item ordered was messed up yes my wife gets things plain but that’s not hard instructions what happens if someone at the er messes up or the welder or carpenter does a bad job with fast food employee make more than minimum wage these days and are paid closer to trades or health care professionals why are they good to constantly screw up and treat people like they are an inconvenience by stopping by there establishment???

We stopped here for a quick bite while running errands. We ordered on the app and parked in a curbside spot. We waited for 30 minutes before calling the restaurant. I called and said that we had been waiting for half an hour. The manager on the phone proceeded to YELL at me about how their screens were full and blah blah blah. Our food came out a few minutes later. First of all, the poor kid who brought it out looked like he wanted to cry. Secondly, all of our food was ice cold! There is a reason they have a 2.3 star rating. Do not stop here. Keep driving.

This place is the biggest joke for fast food in town. I stopped here on my way to work at 1030pm and order a 1/4 pound with bacon and cheese meal. Ended up having to 25 to 30 minutes for my order. The food was anything but fresh. The fries tasted like they were made in the morning, they were not fresh. If I have to wait 30 minutes I would expect my food to be fresh.

This location is the worst location in sioux falls. I go to this location regularly because it's close to my apartment but the service is getting worst by the day. I usually order on the app but I still have to wait for my food for a bit after I say my code at the speaker. False advertising for the app. They also didn't give me my fries or sauces the last time I ordered.
