Minerva's is always a good choice for any occasion. We happened to dine out for my husband's birthday. I suggest adding their Market bar to your entree' for the greatest value. For just an extra 12 dollar cost their Market bar is a meal in itself. By the time you get your entree' you are too full to even eat your entree' so you have a meal to take home. I also suggest making reservations and telling the host or server if you are celebrating a special occasion. Our server came out with a delicious lemon cake with raspberry compote at no extra cost for my husband's birthday. Always a good experience and great value even at an upscale restaurant.
We lunch there and almost always get the Market Salad Bar. It's delicious, and the soup is amazing!
We are consistent visitors to Minerva's here in Sioux Falls and this was the first time in my memory that the service was sub par. Waiter was simply inattentive and seemed like he had better places to be. Was completely out of touch and didn't even acknowledge my wife's birthday. It will be a while before we return.
Was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! The spinach artichoke dip was great, the dinner was fantastic, the dessert was great, and coffee topped it off.
Waiter was attentive and helpful. Homemade blue cheese dressing was kind of runny but had real blue cheese chunks in it.
Minerva"s has never disappointed. Our server, Mike, was great. He was very attentive but not hovering. Anxious for a return visit.
We had a great experience. Our waiter Noah was kind and attentive. He suggested the coconut shrimp as an appetizer and it was a great choice. We had a variety of entrees and they were all phenomenal.
So the filet was tough. Surprisingly. Duck was amazing. Also—sad story for member of the party w allergies. No communication from chef before totally unacceptable meal was presented. I expected more given the normal Minerva's vibe.
Always has been and always will be our choice of venues for family and friends get togethers. Have been enjoying Minerva's since the first day they opened. Food is always outstanding and the staff definitely is top-notch.

We dined at Minerva's during their Easter Brunch. The food was barely warmed when it was served. We ordered the Eggs Benedict and the eggs were cold and the English Muffin was so tough you could hardly cut it. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive.
I wish I loved Minerva's like I used to. Too many changes, too much inconsistency, no value.
From the minute we walked in, everyone was friendly and the food and service was excellent.
Our waiter, Noah, was excellent but the restaurant seemed overwhelmed and our drinks took forever and the timing of the food delivery was slow. Water glass wasn't refilled until we were leaving. Little things but they did make the experience less than. The food was delicious.
“T” was our waiter and he was personable and professional. Great service! Our dinners were amazing. Walleye for me which was delicious. My son had the pasta and loved it. My husband had the chicken curry and onion soup and absolutely loved.
