A great place to grab some DELICIOUS food and a drink. I had the Bob's Popper pizza (GF crust), and it was absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend. In the warmer months, they also have a lovely patio!

We tried to try the burger battle burger at Monk’s tonight. It was pretty crowded but we found a table with 4 chairs- our party was 5 people. We asked the server if we could add an extra chair and she said no. When we questioned her she said it was a policy set forth by the owner. We walked out and took our business to Blarney Stone Pub instead, which ended up being a far superior experience.

This is like my 3rd trip to Monk's and as it is Burger Battle Month it's time to review. Service and atmosphere is very friendly and laid-back. Servers are always attentive and friendly. As for Big Popper Burger...keep it on the menu full-time! It was a juicy burger with some heat! Loved it.

This place won’t be around for long. I came in with my girlfriend who’s sober and doesn’t drink, so she didn’t bring her ID. It was only 9:30, so I didn’t think it would be a problem, but the bartender refused to serve us. He was rude the whole time. I asked him twice to start a tab, and instead he just closed me out.

While on the smaller side, it has a great atmosphere and location. We've met friends here on several occasions, the service has always been good and the atmosphere is a nice change of pace. This feels like a downtown, urban bar, without feeling like just another bar. They have a great beer selection, asking with wine and food.
