Great experience and service recovery. Please take time to hear about our expierence. First off, things did not start as they typically do at Morries, but they made things right. We waited 20-25 minutes for a reservation for 2. A walk in came in 15 minutes after we arrived was offered spot in lounge, we were not given the same opportunity. When seated, we were sat at a folding table with a table clothe. My wife asked to be re sat, and was told by hostess we would have to wait for new table, even though 3 other tables were vacant without reservations present. All that said, we love this place. We frequently visit for celebrating events and love the food. We did ask the server to snag the manager and described our situation. We never “complain” but this was not the standard of this location. The service recovery was phenomenal. We got a normal table, and they comped our appetizer! The server/management team was great and totally understanding of our desire to sit at a normal table. The food was spot on. We will always love Morries! I share the story to show that service is a cut throat industry. We know everyone was doing their best, and when things fell short for us as patrons, Morries showed why they are the classiest joint in town with some awesome service. We will be back!

We were very disappointed with our meal last evening. Both of our mashed potatoes came out cold and when we told the waitress it almost came across like she didn't believe us. She said are you sure they are cold? I also had the tri tip and that comes out already sliced and it just felt like it was sitting for some time before it was served to me. It was luke warm at best. It just what we were expecting from a high end restaurant.

Morrie’s Steakhouse is truly a special place for us, and a big reason is the incredible hospitality. We only visit once a year on New Year’s Eve, but we’ve kept this tradition for the past decade. For a couple that doesn’t come in often, it’s amazing that the manager, Anastasia, greets us by name every single time we arrive.
Anastasia is the definition of perfect hospitality—warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. You can immediately tell that the hosts who work with her admire and respect her; the way she treats both guests and staff sets the tone for the entire experience.
The food and atmosphere are always outstanding, but it’s the personal touch and consistency year after year that keep us coming back. Morrie’s wouldn’t feel the same without Anastasia. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable, top-tier dining experience.
