Great experience and service recovery. Please take time to hear about our expierence. First off, things did not start as they typically do at Morries, but they made things right. We waited 20-25 minutes for a reservation for 2. A walk in came in 15 minutes after we arrived was offered spot in lounge, we were not given the same opportunity. When seated, we were sat at a folding table with a table clothe. My wife asked to be re sat, and was told by hostess we would have to wait...
Kali was an excellent service! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of all of her tables with ease! We will definitely be requesting her the next time we comeback to town! The food was incredible!
We had a party of six for a Birthday celebration. Our server Bailey was awesome. She gave us time to chat before we ordered. Love the 3 hour dinner experience when dining with good friends.
