The food is very good. Service is always good,servers are friendly. Only draw back is when a company of this stature inject a hidden fee on card users. This is very annoying as they first wouldn't take check and promoted card use. Now they charge. If your company can add that into the cost of your products than you don't have good management. As the wait staff suffers. Because I take it out of the tip I give. And already you under pay the wait staff. Your food would support the 1.5% cost increase, and your employees wouldn't bear the cost.Jerry Rus

We arrived at 9 just before the church rush. We were seated in a few minutes after arriving and our waitress came straight over asking for our drink order. We placed our meal order and it was delivered in less then 5min. The food was great tasting and plentiful.

It is a little on the spendy side but the portions are also huge and can be split into at least two meals if desired. Our server, Dawn, is great. She remembers our orders every visit, including drink orders and who in our group wants their bacon & hash browns crispy.

What is the point of a reservation if they'll sit any one -walk in included- before your reservation. Absolutely disgusted with how this place functions. I thought this was original pancake house not waffle house but one in the same to me now.

Every time I make a reservation, my party has to wait an addiontional half hour. Never fails. The food takes even longer, so our visits have always been a 2 hour or longer process.

The best breakfast I've ever had eggs don't taste weird. French toast is the best the service is absolutely perfect and atmosphere is clean and it feels gourmet. I recommend this for breakfast.

Honestly. Never have had bad service or food. They accomidated my two kids well. Brought us extra strawberries for my picky 2 year old ( who is too good for chocolate chip pancakes). The waiter was fantastic. Coffee never went under half a cup. He even talked to my 2 year old. The pricing is good. Given the times we are in. Expect to spend over $50. Always recommend this establishment.

We waited 90 minutes to be seated after being told 60 minutes. Then 30 minutes for our food. We got eggs with a hair in it. Not a fan won't go back. Our waitress was sweet and kind but then they added a tip into our bill. Really after all that. A BIG NO!!!
