I love Outback but this was by far my best experience! Clayton was our server and not only was he the perfect amount of helpful and knowledgeable yet he didn’t disturb. The food was amazing too. Great experience! We’ll be back.
Just did online order. But food was ready fast for being a saturday evening. And when i pulled up the tenant walked right out the door with my food i didnt even have to notify them i had arrived

By far the worst service I have had at this establishment. Been here over two hours and have yet to receive our food. Manager keeps apologizing yet nothing changes. Gave it a one star because I can't leave anything lower.

We are really disappointed, we got the appetizer first and our drinks took forever and same for the waitress to take our order. We were never offered bread and butter, I ended up asking about it to the guy bringing bread to other tables. The orders took a while, so after few minutes we asked for boxes to go. I asked for both baked potatoes to be the same, butter and sour cream, nope.. only one was that way and the second one had butter sour cream cheese and green chives, not what we asked 🤔

Never order from this store because they don't stand by getting the customer the correct order that was purchased. Order 2 desserts through Door Dash from OUTBACK. Everything was fine until I received my order. ENTIRELY WRONG ORDER NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I ORDERED. I called the driver he said he would check into it. I called stood spoke to manager which said he would be more than happy to help however he cant refund my order, he cant replace my order. I have to call Door Dash customer service and gave me this big long song and dance. This was not Door Dash nor the drivers fault. This is OUTBACK THEMSELVES. THEY PUT THE WRONG NAME ON THE WRONG ORDER and yet they won't rectify it. Best of luck getting what you ordered.

This outback is very similar to other outback steak houses with a few exceptions. There was no wait to get a table. The staff was very friendly and attentive to their tables and customers. The food came out surprisingly quick,hot, and fresh and was just the way I ordered perfectly cooked. This is one of the best outback I've visited and will return when I visit soiux falls again.
Ordered the platter steak and chicken shared between two people and added couple sides with tap beers. Waiter was super knowledgeable and helpful. It was quiet.
