Chelsey Z, our bar waitress was AWESOME! She was very proactive wanted to get us bread and butter before we even asked. She went out of her way to make sure we had drinks refilled many times brought an extra bread. a lot of times you don’t get really good customer service but she was the greatest. Chelsey was Excellent and we appreciated it

I ordered a steak recommended by the bartender (Chelsie) service NO complaints.The steak was ordered medium well, and the steak was served rare. The bartender asked if they could take it back and finish cooking it. I won't send food back because a discruntell cook might tamper. I would have expected to pay for a loaded baked potato and side of broccoli, NOT the steak. My bill reflected a 10% discount and was competed my (2) beers. The manager never came out.A steak house that can't cook a steak and asked to pay for it is crazy. Don't waist your time here the TEXAS ROADHOUSE is down the road.

Watch for their specials. I had 6 oz sirloin/lobster tail and two sides for $19.95. The sirloin is seasoned heavier, but you can request it lightly seasoned or no seasoning My husbands t-bone was amazing. We love all the outback franchises.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I ordered the "NEW" chicken sandwich, the flavor was good, and the portion size of breast meat was very disappointing. I expected something to bite into, and it was all bun and condiments. The bartender was great.
