Feels like a pretty normal sports bar and grill, but that's not exactly a bad thing. Ended up here because 3 other restaurants that were supposed to be open were in fact closed. Turned out to be a very good thing. Service was excellent, food was great. I had the chicken Philly, which was excellent, and my wife had the hot beef, which was even better. Would definitely go back.Kid-friendliness: Decent children's menu and accommodations.

First time here tonight from the westside of town, heard about the nachos so I wanted to try them. They came out looking great but in a pile, so I soon found out everything was all mushy and mixed at the bottom that I didn't finish. Others in my party didn't complain about their burgers and fries. Our server Will was very polite and checked in on us often. Might be back to try something new.
Accuracy of carry out order the past 2 times, have been inaccurate. The 1st time I was charged for something I did not receive. The 2nd time, I ordered a side and the lady taking my ordered repeated what I ordered and it was correct . Picked up my dinner, got home and again , did not receive what I ordered , however I wasn’t charged this time . I also ordered a small side of queso and was charged for a full chips and queso. Called to notify them of situation and was told “well, we didn’t charge you for it, but you can come back and get it if you want ?” , after I was already home . Make sure and thoroughly check your carry out order and your receipt before leaving the building .

I go to overtime because all my girls like it. I went there tonight because it's my birthday there was 5 of us possibly 6. Asked to put 2 tables together they said they couldn't. 1st mistake made us sit on the round table with no room. So wasn't happy asked 4 separate bills no problem. 2 of the girls had the special buy one get one half. Messed up bill. Finally got it right I was not happy and this was supposed to be my birthday. Will think very hard next time about going there

I like to have supper at the OT on Thursdays for their Hero's Night. The OT considers teachers heroes whereas most businesses with hero discounts do not. Heroes are given a great discount on their food and drinks all day and night. My husband and I like to end our work week with their half-price appetizers and drinks on Fridays from 3-6 pm. My favorite is the Queso Chicken Nachos (easily a meal) and he usually orders a chicken or steak quesadilla (huge). The two of us can have a full meal for less than $20. If we aren't famished, we can share either the regular nachos supreme or the queso chicken ones or the pretzels and eat for $5-7. Name another place that is going to give you quality restaurant food from a kitchen with a trained chef. If you go there a few times a month, the wait staff and especially the hostess try to learn your name so they can greet you when you come in. Another thing that I like is on the dining side, from any booth or table you have a great view of all the screens over the bar area. Those that leave reviews complaining of the OT being understaffed, but then praise the prices. How do you think they can do that? They do not skip on food quality. They aim to keep their best employees by paying them a competitive wage when wages have skyrocketed. They try as much as they can to not pass on the rising food and supply costs to their customers (aka McDs). If you work in business or own a business these things should be obvious to you. With the pool of quality, loyal, and hard-working employees shrinking as more businesses keep popping up every business is fighting for the best of what's left in the pond. So ENJOY the great food, if it's off the mark-TELL your waitress(er), they will fix it for you. ENJOY the TV's and the games. If you have a special request, maybe let them know about it SOONER, like the day before-just sayin'. Be PATIENT, the staff is trying, if they seem to be slacking, give the manager a little heads up (they have a LOT to do in a shift). Or you can help the management, wave them over and ask them to bring you another plate, fork, or wipe something down. If you need to Karen, and sometimes we do, tell them kindly, "If there is time to lean there's time to clean." w/ a wink and a smile.
