Pancheros Mexican Grill - Sioux Falls Louise

We went on a Saturday afternoon and when we arrived there was no line with only 2 tables full in the restaurant. Three employees working the line. The young lady working there- not sure if it was her first day or if she was relatively new but she was struggling. Having worked in hospitality in the past we were trying to be patient; however, when she LICKED her gloved hand multiple times after spilling queso on it - that was the end. Yes all of that right working on the line- facing all the customers. We had to tell her multiple times that she needed to change her gloves and wash her hands- and while we were taking to her she did it again. She changed her gloves and went back to work. Continued to watch her while we were sitting in the lobby and she touched her face and played with her hair multiple times with gloves on and then would go back to serving food. The two other male employees were doing the majority of the work. Hopefully she can get some better training or find something that may be a better fit.

Pancheros has really gone down the drain. Used to go multiple times a week but I think I'm done now. Portions are smaller, if you do a mobile order they will screw something up 100% of the time. Consider whatever ingredients you want to be a vague suggestion. Consistency used to be amazing but it's just not there anymore. They also nerfed the rewards and don't have as many promotions. Go somewhere else or just cook at home.

Paying $14 for EXTRA chicken means you (consistenly) get 10 tiny cubes of chicken. Skip this garbage restaurant and go to Qdoba.

Came in 8/9 and got a nice size burrito for the price. I heard the bigger lady(who I think was the manager) being rude to her coworker. No one, except the one being yelled at, had a smile on their face. I'll tell you this, I would get a burrito again but I wouldn't want to work there

Super rude lady with a neck tattoo was whining about me order food because she was supposed to get off at 1:30, then started doing online orders, even though I was standing there - looking straight at her. she slopped my order together and had another work finish. I work next door, eat there 4 times a week...that's the last of my money that you get. ***0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND***

Just gotta say been coming here for the past 2 years every Saturday and it never gets old.
The freshly pressed tortillas the amazing chicken and the great selection of hot sauces.

Got an entire bowl of rice. Not one bean. Ordered chicken, extra chicken, and steak. Got maybe a scoop of chicken. Very disappointed. Picture is when bowl was first opened.

I wouldn’t usually write a review for a chain but I love this location so much. The staff here is beyond AWESOME and my food has always been consistent. Fairly priced & large portions. When I move back to the west coast I’ll miss you Panchero’s 💔
