Went thru drive thru and when i got home my order was completely messed up. I ordered 3 regular orange chicken with rice and a 3 large sodas. I was given the hot orange chicken (im not a fan of hot stuff and neither were my 7 & 4 year old) and there was no ice in any of the sodas and the soda was so flat it was undrinkable. I called and told them my order was messed up. She offered a free entre meal for next time i decided to eat with them again. Well fast forward about 3.5 weeks and i go to get my free entre meal and you wont believe what they gave me. Like come on, you screwed up 3 meals and 3 large disgusting sodas and i get this tiny little box of orange chicken that my 1 year old grandson had as a snack. I will not return to this Panda Express on Arrowhead again. Im not even sure if I will ever go to a Panda Express again.

I had a much better experience at Panda Express this time compared to my last visit. The service was great—the staff greeted me warmly and were much more attentive. The portion sizes were generous, definitely worth the price. The food quality also seemed improved, fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was noticeably cleaner, making for a more pleasant dining experience. Overall, it felt like they stepped up their game, and I’ll definitely be back!

This one was ok, but I was rather disappointed by the one in Grand Island, NE. Consider all the Chinese pork dishes and then ask for Hunan Pork or Sweet and Sour Pork.... You won't get it, and it makes me wonder who owns a Chinese Restaurant chain that refuses to serve pork??

I don't think they have a working furnace for the building and only use ambient heat from the kitchen. Never stop here during the winter. Every time you dine in your food is cold before you're half done eating. Good food and service is good but you have to leave to enjoy it. 5509 E Arrowhead Pkwy, Sioux Falls, SD location.
