Not again this Panera in particular.. Panera in general sucks. My mom got my daughter the turkey and cheese sandwich lunch they gave her 2 sandwiches. What kid needs 2 sandwiches?! And a whole apple didnt even slice it. Not even the good kind of apples. Maybe instead of 2 sandwiches add a veggies side… cucumbers and hummus perhaps?! Wont matter to me anyways I will never be going back

This is how much dressing I'm provided for my salad every time I go here anymore. That's a 1oz ramekin that's less than half full. So I get approximately 4 bites of my salad. This is ridiculous. Do better.

I ordered the two new sandwiches, French dip and buffalo dip. I ordered online to pickup at drive thru. I waited 15 minutes later than my pickup time, while cars piled up behind me. Got home, hardly any meat on sandwich, the dip was the French soup, not auj juice. The buffalo dip was tomato soup, not buffalo dip. I have NEVER been so disappointed, and I paid $10 each for bread. I wish I could post the picture so you can get full effect 🤬

I expect more from Panera. I have come to this location many times and am shocked at the food. The worst “french onion soup” of my life- pretty sure there’s not supposed to be tomato in this. The sandwich was thrown together and was cold. Absolutely never coming here again. Do better.
Panera bread is quickly becoming my favorite place to eat while on a road trip. Not only is the food consistently fresh and good, but the service is always great. Aidan helped us with our order and was so kind. He even went above and beyond in my opinion to modify my order for me. So big thank you to Aiden. ?
