It's easy to order in the app and then drive up and pick up your order. We decided to add some food to our order at the drive-thru and that was no problem. They were very friendly in the commentating

I would absolutely NEVER recommend this place. Not only was my food cold and normally is, I got my sandwich notice it was cold as usual then I noticed she put One single piece of bacon on my $10 sandwich and when I went up and asked she used her bare hands opened my sandwich said there's two and after she pulled the bacon apart and noticed there was in fact only one she then THREW one chunk of bacon on my plate and walked away. Disgusting customer service. And cold food always. I'd leave 1 star if it wouldn't delete my review.

Not impressed. The food was ok. The bacon on the BLT was cold. That should have been warmed up. That and the fact the bill is pretty spendy and you have to do self service. Not impressed at all.

I just paid $34 for 2 bowls of lettuce..not what I ordered.. double check your to-go order every time..

Good food but the place could be cleaner. We had to ask them to clean a booth for us, they were all dirty. The kitchen area can be seen and that could also be cleaner. It depends on the one working if they will strive for cleanliness and change gloves often. The sandwiches and salads were tasty but there could be less nodes and stems in the salads. How about more leaves of the lettuce 🥬. Sandwich was delicious, no issues. I got the strawberry basil lemonade drink, delicious! A lot of good drink options.

Very good Fuji Apple Salad. We love this salad. Only 560 calories for the full salad. Bread and butter is extra calories. Lol. The bathrooms were clean and the food was fresh. Not crowded at all on a Friday night.

Pretty Sad meal. My tuna sandwich had maybe a tablespoon of Tuna and 1/2 teaspoon of Mayo. Worse expensive sandwich I’ve ever had just like the one at Jersey Mikes . My S-I-L had a chicken bacon sandwich and she could only find 2 bacon bits and no Mayo. We will never recommend to go there again. It’s nothing like it used to be. Terrible terrible sandwiches.

Nice big restaurant. A customer enters order electronically. A lady came out of a back room. Noticed the long customer line from our bus tour. She nicely took our orders. Waited at end of counter for food t/b prepared. There was clean tables to sit at. Food was okay. Drinks were self-serve.
I've been going to Paneras for almost 20 years and this place made probably the worst Turkey Bacon Bravo I've ever had, and the service wasn't particularly fast even though the place was nearly empty. The bathroom was clean though.
